im not fat or anything but i can tell i've put on weight and i feel really fat (my tummy was completly flat now it is a lil bigger and curvey) im trying to loose weight and eat healthy but i just cant seem to get motivated to do so... what should i do so i can motivate myself and feel good about eating healthy.. i always choose unhealthy choices to healthy... how can i stop that... also school holidays (2 weeks) start tomorro.. considering that i dont want to put on more weight.. can you help... thanxx

Hey,
Does anyone have Zeno and really like it? I use proactive but still have problems with acne. I was wondering is Zeno is worth the money, if I would still need to use proactive with Zeno, and if it clears smaller breakouts as well as large ones.

No More Frizz Treatment in Salons

Hey
Im 16/f and a few months ago, I was watching the news and saw a report about a new hair treatment they have in salons. I think it was called No More Frizz, and it like coats your hair follicles or something and prevents frizz. You have to get it redone twice a year. It's not at all like japenese hair straightening because it's for straight or culy hair. I called my hair salon and they said they never heard of it. I didnt remember the name of the salon on the report. Does anyone know anything else about this treatment, or where in the Philadelphia area they do it?

Hey guys,
Im 16/f and this last year I made my highschool's varsity cheer squad :) happy happy. Anyways it was just for the basketball season so it wasnt long. I had never had any previous experience but have some natural ability whatev. So this year I made the team for next years football season. The problem is my family made a recent decision to send me to a new school next year without a cheer squad.
Ok so my question is does anyone know any club cheer squads in the Philadelphia area that I could join? I dont want to go to a team that is TOO competitive because I really dont have that much experience. I've tried searching online and really cant find anything.
