How long have you been feeling like this? Because if it's more than 2 or 3 weeks, it is possible that you could have a mild form of depression. Some of the symptoms you're describing fit perfectly and that would be a justified answer to why you're feeling so down.
Just watch your moods and appetite for maybe another week or two. If you don't feel any better or you feel worse, contact a physician. They can prescribe you some medication or have you see a counselor who will help you find techniques to make you feel better.
Best of luck! I know it's hard. [ die_romantic_xl3's advice column | Ask die_romantic_xl3 A Question ]

Well the reality of it is, we all go through times like these during our adolescent years. I used to feel like this sometimes too. I'm not emo or anything close to that though. It's perfectly normal. You just have to think positively and tough it our. It will get better if you want it to. Think positively and stay active. Focus on the things that you love about your life and how lucky you are to have people who care about you. Call up the friends that you are on good terms with and plan a get together. Pamper yourself one day. Or buy something new. Any number things can cheer you up if you think positively and look on the bright side.
