Have a few mixed nuts like almonds and walnuts throughout the day. You can toss them in salads and ton of other foods so you could have protein. As a snack during the day you can cut up an apple and take some peanut to spread on the apple as a snack. It's another way to have protein while eating fruit.
To feel full during the day drink a lot of water. For me it keeps me feeling full without hunger for some reason. Also it's recommended that you eat 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. Eating the 2 snacks will help you stay full during the day, keep up your metabolism and not over eat during meals. For the snacks you could have yogurt and granola, and even the apple with peanut butter for protein.

Thats really great for feeling fuller.
Also, they make protein powders that you can mix into sauces or drinks... but try to get ones that say "no clump" or something else like that.
Also, I know it sounds weird, but they make a soy powder too, and I know what you're thinking, EW TOFU, but if you mix it in with something such as ranch dip, its not bad, and you can get more protein out of it.
Also, eating more dairy will boost your energy, because its high in some vitamin that I should remember... oh drat. Well, either way, it makes you feel fuller with more energy.

Beans are good too. Try beans and rice.
There are so many different types of beans you will never get bored. And How about turkey? That gives you better options too. Try stuff like tuna helper. Its like hamburger helper, except it uses tuna. Thats simple and full of nutrients.
And also with hamburgerhelper, you can sub the beef for turkey.
Those are all simple, and you will fill full. [ khadiya's advice column | Ask khadiya A Question ]
