Well, you see i was over-weight
i was 30 kilos over my healthy weight, i lost 20 and i'm about to loose the other 10 until summer but the problem is i have extra skin between my thighs, abit in my stomach and my hands.

What should i do to lose them?

bumps?

Hi, i am 17 going on 18 and i have another question that i need help with i get bumps on the back of my legs after i shave sometimes there like pimples or white heads and how do i get rid of them they are very iratating and they make me feel like every1 sees them and points out at them saying ew thats gross and i hate that feeling but yet they pry really are so does anyone know how to get rid of them?

Hi, im 17 years old going on 18 this summer and i am trying to loose weight aka get abs before this summer and i try doing sit ups i have an ab coster and an ab lounge but yet i still cant loose this baby weight i had a baby in march 2008 and ever sense then ive been trying to loose weight ive tried a weight loss patch called the pink patch, a weight loss loly pop and weight loss tea but nothing is working i have some stretch marks on my stomic also that are almost gone but yet there still visible i need help and fast i dont know what to do i feel awful about my stomic i hate how it is everytime i look in the mirror i cant even look at myself naked in the mirror and its really sucks i used to weigh 116 pounds before i had my baby and now i ...

Do diet pills really work? If yes, which ones work the best? Do you need to be of certain age to get them?
If not diet pills, are there any other drinks etc. that will quickly help you lose weight?

Dieting Motivation/Parents

I'm 16/f and I want to lose 20lbs but I have no self-control/motivation/support.

I'm a vegetarian and I usually eat pretty well: I only occasionally slip for fried/oily/junk foods less than once a month. However, my problem is refraining from eating too much too frequently as well as trying to exercise when I have time.

I've told my mom many times to shrink my meal portions, but she always slacks after a week and then expects me to eat everything she gives me. I have a busy school life (no joke) so that I rarely get a chance to have a life. Then there's the problem with me ALWAYS being hungry!

Can anyone help me find a way to REALLY ask my mom to give me so much food/bad food? How can I get mys...

Workout for Prom

I bought a strapless dress for Prom, but you know that fat that kind of...comes over the top of the dress? like above your boobs, next to your underarms?? I need to learn some kind of workout that can target that general area. I have like little 5 pound weights I can work with, but I'm willing to go out and buy something else if I need to. Does anyone know of a workout or some link they can give me to help???

well spring break is next week and i'm going to the beach with my friends. i have pretty fast metabolism so i'm pretty thin already but i have fat on my love handles and thighs that i wanna get rid of before i go down there. i've been working out a little for some weeks now but this week i really need to kick it into high gear to lose about 5 pounds by sunday. how can i achieve this? i've been power walking on the treadmill with the incline all the way up 4-6 nights a week, plus a lot of strength training stuff. i dont drink any soft drinks and i'm gonna eat the special k cereal this week... do you think that'll be enough? any other tips?

My best friend used to be obese, and I have always been thinner. During the last year or so though, he started working out and eating healthier has lost it all. Now we kinda switched and I don't like it. How do I deal with this? How did this happen?

Well in 3 months im going to my dads and he lives in a different country and we are going to the beach and all and i want to loose weight.!

like im skinny and all its just my belly is like big and my thighs are big.!

so do yall have any ideas that i can loose wwight in 3 months..
and ohh yeah my parents wont let me lose wiehgt because they think that i dont need it but i really do so anything so that my parents wouldnt find out.

eating a lot at night?

im not fat and really dont NEED to lose weight, but i would like to maybe lose 3-5 pounds of excess fat even though i look good for the most part. i workout about 5 days a week including strength training and cardio. i dont have a whole lot of time to eat throughout the day because im pretty busy most of the time. i usually only eat about 1000 calories and then come around around 8 or 9 and usually eat about 200 calorie dinner and then i usually get cravinggss and indulge in chocolate about 300 calories worth. so total im eating about 1500 calories but wil this make me fat? indulging in choclate every night?? even though i dont eat a whole lot during the day?? or will i maintain weight or lose weight because i am working out?

Flirty Girl Fitness

Okay, so I am 17/f and I have the 4 main flirty girl dvds...I can't do just teasing because I don't have enough room in my bedroom, but I love Booty Beat. I weigh like 180 and I'm 5'8''..deff overweight and I want to lose it fast. My question is mainly, how often a week should I do this program, when I do it 3 daysin a row I feel like my arms are gonna fall off and when I only do it every other day it doesn't feel like I did anything. Also I have back problems so its hard for me to do the cat crawls...
So how often should I do booty beat?

Stomach

Hi there! I've been doing sit-ups for about...oh i'd say 2 weeks without changing my diet at all. I see a bit of difference in my upper abs, but what I really notice is the fact that when I eat, my stomach doesn't become large and bloated with food, but instead stays normal, which I'd say is a sign something's going on in there haha. If I keep doing what I'm doing and cut out the carbs I'm eating, will I see further results in terms of actually seeing the muscles in my lower abs? THANKS!

dieting in college

hi, everyone. i'm 5'6" and 141 pounds. i'm currently in college and my eating habits have gotten terrible! now, we all know that dieting in school is nearly impossible. but are there any ways that i could maybe cut down my eating habits and what fitness i should do at the gym to lose weight? i literally gained the "freshman 15" here and i'd love to lose it. also, i would like to lose weight before the summer if possible.
