It's good that you're trying diffrent things to lose this baby fat. What you should do is, Try weight lose centers. Try going to a library or bookstore near where you live and check out some deiting books. You don't want to starve yourself though. Also, after having a child, there is always going to have some leftovers, that is completly normal and you have to accept that. Once you have accpeted that, trying jogging once a week, and eating healthy food. Sitting on a couch watching T.V won't help you get the wight you want to lose. Try setting a weight lose goal,of how many pounds you want to lose and work at it and never forget since THAT is the key to loosing your weight. All the sit ups in the world would not matter if you did not do cardio. try doing some cardio and then sit ups. Hope tht this helps!!! [ Mystique23's advice column | Ask Mystique23 A Question ]

Now as far as your stomach fat. Do you know how many women would die to even get to 120 after having a baby? Alot sweetheart! Instead of looking in the past focus on the present and future.
Number 1.
Accept the balance of the differences. ( past present future)
Number 2. We all no that we really have to stick with what we want to do as far as any accomplishments.
Number 3. We have to love and accept our bodies in order for us to change what we dislike about it. (looking at yourself in the mirror and loving what you still have)
Number 4. I (anyone)can tell you what you can do as far as trying to lost weight but it doesn't happen over night nor in weeks time. Please don't be fooled by everything you seen on tv and internet advertising.
Number 5. Last but least get a friend that is willing to help you (physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually) To get you on the right track to success of the body you desire to have.
If you get all these down pack there will be nothing to stop hun. You may not see the change but others will trust me.
DoveBear9 answered Tuesday March 31 2009, 1:27 pm: try doing these things that are like instead of doing sit-ups and using the upper part or your body, you lift your legs. You can do it one leg at a time, or wth your knees bent. i hope that works. And also you can do a lot of these stomach wave thingies where you contract the upper part of your abs, then the bottom, and you could smooth out the motions and that is good for ab toning. hope i helped =] [ DoveBear9's advice column | Ask DoveBear9 A Question ]
