My best friend used to be obese, and I have always been thinner. During the last year or so though, he started working out and eating healthier has lost it all. Now we kinda switched and I don't like it. How do I deal with this? How did this happen?
xemmiex3 answered Sunday March 29 2009, 5:31 pm: the only way youll feel better about yourself is if you control your health. if you dont think you need to then dont. or if you think youll be too thin then dont. but if you treat your body right you should feel better, even if your not as skinny as your friend. it feels good to be in control [ xemmiex3's advice column | Ask xemmiex3 A Question ]
Trauma answered Sunday March 29 2009, 10:51 am: It happened by him eating healthier & working out, like you said. If it's really bothering you, try eating healthier & working out yourself. You shouldn't dwell too much on your weight, though. There's no sense in stressing out about it unless your weight is affecting your health. Also, try not to make it a competition between you to on who can get the thinnest. That's really not healthy. [ Trauma's advice column | Ask Trauma A Question ]
