Not able to sleep at night because of excessive sweating!

Help me please i lived in africa, for sometime now i sweat alot during the day maybe after meal and i am not able to sleep at night because of excessive sweating as if i was swimming in a pool.

Please help

i would suggest drinking more water, and staying away from spicy foods.

like the other answer, try to stay away from spicy foods.. they will probably make the issue worse. Take off any clothing that isn't especially needed and use a net.

If you're sweating a lot make sure you drink water, you'll be dehydrated :)

Sometimes i sleep better at night when i have a cold, wet flannel or towel with me. that keeps me cool enough to fall asleep and then nine times out of ten i don't wake up again (obviously i'm in a completely different situation to you..) Place a cold towel either on your forehead or on the back of your neck.

Try wearing cotton clothes and not synthetic blend and also use a fan. If mosquitoes are a problem, use a mosquito net so you don't have to wear so much clothing. If you eat garlic or spicy food, that also helps repel pests, but spicy foods can also make you sweat.
