lose weight

i need to lose 10 pounds by summer. i weigh 125 and measure 5'5 . what can i do?

you do not need to lose weight im sorry to say it but 125 is a perfectly normal weight to be at i can only wish i weighed that much you can always try to jog once a day or walk to work or school instead of taking the bus that might help shape your stomach a bit more.

i know nobody likes being told this but you shouldnt be losing weight, right now, your bmi(which is the only important thing, not your weight) is perfect. if you lose weight then you will be underweight and more prone to diseases.
