Workout for Prom

Question Posted Sunday March 29 2009, 8:20 pm

I bought a strapless dress for Prom, but you know that fat that kind of...comes over the top of the dress? like above your boobs, next to your underarms?? I need to learn some kind of workout that can target that general area. I have like little 5 pound weights I can work with, but I'm willing to go out and buy something else if I need to. Does anyone know of a workout or some link they can give me to help???

Thanks!

Fat loss cannot in any way be targetted. The human body simply does not work this way. If you doubt it just google "fat spot reduction myth".

So please, dont waste your time. The only thing that works is general weight loss, but unfortunately it is our genetics that determines if an area is emphasised more than another. For general weight loss, cardio and diet are key.

Sorry for not being able to give you the answer you wanted, but this is the way it works unfortunately.

well i do side steps it where you stand up straight you keep your knees straight no matter what and you take your left and hand and touch your right foot and your right hand goes to your left foot and you should start off slow and then go really fast also pushups and lifting weights will help too.
