Congratulations!
I, also, am losing weight (50 lb & counting)...but have way more to lose than you do, so wish me luck.
Anyways, tightening loose skin is probably more difficult than the actual weight loss itself.
You could try working out with weights...this would probably be especially functional for loose skin on the arms (chicken wings).
As for the stomach, I'd suggest crunches or some other kind of ab workout. Crunches sound awful but if you elevate your calves onto something high like a chair while you're on the floor, the pressure is no longer put on your back while doing them...it's great!
The easiest way is surgery, but it's also the most expensive and leaves scars. I'd suggest trying weights before resorting to surgery because of not only the reasons above, but trying to work out enough to get rid of excess skin will be difficult, so it will also be a test of will. If you pay all that money for surgery and then gain the weight back, the skin will stretch again & you'll be left with extra stretch marks as a result of the loss of elasticity in the skin. Just think it through according to your needs.

i happened to read an article about this a few months back by some fitness specialist. i can't verfiy this person's credentials or anything. but according to him, when a person starts getting loose skin like that it's from losing weight too quickly. what's needed is to gain back a portion. he had said about 15 to 20 pounds. but also said that they need to put on lean body weight. so weight lifting and toning is necessary. just stuff that will add a bit of bulk, then the person will be tighter. now the person can lose the weight slowly and won't have the loose skin. i had also heard from this one diet specialist a few years back that soy protein has a big effect on skin elasticity. she stressed having tofu in various ways. she'd do things like tofu shakes. actually didn't look bad. it was like tofu, yogurt and fruit.

xxxx
i'm adding this bit here. i was telling you about the tofu shakes and stuff. i found a link to the tv station that had her on and some of her recipes.

This all depends on how you're losing weight.
If you're solely dieting and eating healthier, that's probably why.

To get rid of extra skin, you need to build some muscle back into your body.

(Doesn't matter if you're male/female)

Try going to a gym, or using dumbells. Whatever works out your muscles efficiently.
