Hi
I have feelings for one of my guy friends. We are 21, I have known him for about a year and there has always been sexual tension between us. We would always talk and we always saw each other because he works at the gym I go to.
About 4 months ago he started seeing a girl, and recently I realised that I have feelings for him. He is VERY flirty towards me and he asks to hang out but then he bails last minute.
Last week i was out and saw him, we were all drunk and he kissed me on the lips just a peck. Then a bit later he sat down with me and was cuddling me on his lap and stroking my leg and I tried to kiss him but he wouldn't kiss me back he just kind of kept his face straight. hello! sometimes i hear people talk about having a bachelors degree and i know it has something to do with school but i thought a bachelor was a guy who doesnt get a wife? can someone explain since the google just made me more confused than before. :(

If you wanted to work in a dentists office for a career, is there a special school for that? I don't mean as the doctor herself, I mean as a hygenist, assistant or something. How can you tell which is the best school? Advice?

How do I get a job if I have no experience?

I have never had a job before and I've filled out many job applications, but no one has given me a call. I prefer to have a job thats close to where I live, but I think I'm not getting hired because I have no experience. I don't know what to put down for "work experience". Do I need a resume even though I don't have experience?

HTC Sensation cracked camera lens

I have an HTC sensation. I got it for Christmas so I don't think I can switch phones. Anyway, I dropped it outside on the cement and didn't realize that my camera lens shattered. The lens is shattered all around and there's a hole in the middle. My pictures come out super blurry is there a way I can get it fixed or buy the camera lens?

Mutual dreams?

The other night I had a dream that I was sat with my boyfriends parents talking to them. The next day, I saw my boyfriends auntie and she came over to me telling me she had a dream about me and it was the exact same dream as I had too! Me and her aren't close at all, we normally just say hi. Can this be a sign of the future? We come from different backgrounds/religion and it's still early months yet, so we haven't told our parents or far family and we're too young for marriage. Has anyone ever experienced this and it actually happened in the future? I just find it really weird and I'm really interested in to know what this means.

Hi, I'm currently a guy (16 Years Old) that wants to know what kind of fun things could two lovable teenagers do for like a special romantic date. I really want to surprise my girlfriend but it's really hard of doing so just because I have no idea what to do sometimes... It stresses me out because she talks about me not making the decisions of what we'll do a certain day that we'd want to see each other. When we're together we have fun but it just really bothers me.

Bleeding cartilage piercing

I got my cartilage pierced about 2 months ago and today I took it out to clean it (after 2 months that is allowed) and it was bleeding. Not a whole lot, but it was. It's never done that before and I don't see a lot of swelling or even much of a bump formed at the back. Is bleeding possible without having an infected piercing?

22, female, UK living in a flat.
I cannot sleep in the same bed as my partner and he isn't happy about it. He doesn't want us to sleep separately and I have been using ear plugs for a long time but the noise manages to sneak through. I fear that if I do not find something that makes me practically deaf during the night my relationship is over. Any advice?

alcoholic coworker thats not a team player

I work with a guy that comes to work drinking starts complaining and making facial expression at me no matter what I do or don't do....I do what I am suppose to do he has his own work to do but feels if we are not helping him....we are goofing off....we are only obliged to help him if nothing else is on the table....I also have other duties now which he seems to resent and complains about me and rolls his eyes....from what I understand it is a form of bullying should I come right out and ask him what his problem is? I do my fair share he would like everyone else to do his work....he only likes you if you do he is very childish and when hes not there everyone comments on how nice the employee morale is.
