How do you use limewire? I just downloaded it and the songs I try to download say "need more sources" with zero progress. After I get something downloaded, how do I get it onto my i pod?

ok so i am trying to get into shape before swimsuit season.
1.)what are some excersises that i can focuse on my thighs, bottom && stomach
i have a home gym and i do crunches
but its there anything else
please dont say go to the gym... because for some reason i feel so uncomfortable for people to watch
2.) what are some things i can try for diets
how do you stay away from sweets
i drink diet pops
i LOVE fruits
and i do not eat pork
please what are some things i can change about eating
me working out
please help

Converting to Judaism

I'm converting to Judaism. Yes, I know it's a very rigorous process. Yes, I know I won't be accepted by some branches of Judaism. I have done all of the research, I'm planning on talking with a rabbi in my area soon and start conversion classes. It's what is right for me, I know it. The only problem is that I'm afraid to tell my family and friends. My parents themselves are not religious at all. They celebrate Christian holidays because my mother was raised Catholic and my father was raised Orthodox, but neither one of them ever raised my siblings and me in a certain religion. My mother's stepmom is even Jewish, as is my dad's brother-in-law. I know that this is what I need to do, what will make me feel whole. I've always felt a part of the...

Hi, i really like this boy at my school. I'm not sure if he likes me.My best friend said ok well he likes you because she said his best friend told her! "I'm like omg!!YES!" But then sometimes i wonder if that is really true. Like most of the days at school i look at him, he looks at me for like 7 seconds then looks away right after. If i flash him a smile he gives me a weird crooked smile. We don't talk after since elemantary school and were both in middle school.He knows i like him 2.
So is he sending me mixed signals!?
Does he like me?!

birthday party

My 16th birthday is coming up, so I'm trying to plan a party or something, but I'm having trouble figuring out how to do it. I have a lot of friends who are in different groups: like, there's a group of kids I hang out with from band, a group from lacrosse, and then some others I've just known awhile that are close to me. I don't want to have just one massive super party where I invite all of them because I feel like if I do that then some of them will be neglected at some point, and they are all pretty close friends with me. I have thought about doing a party and inviting only the biggest group, and then another day do something with the others like go out to dinner or something. But there's so many groups idk what to do... what would you do?

Tampon

Im 16, just had my period getting over it today. but two nights ago, i was really tired and i went to change my tampon not realizing that i already had one in. Later i completly remembered.. took the second one out and the 1st one i got, but when i took it out it had no string.. is that something i should worry about or not a big deal? please helppp!

I know its illegal if one person is above 18 and the other one is below but is it illegal if you're both 18? My parents said it was but then why do they sell condoms to kids if that's promoting illegal activity?

I use limewire, and porn mysteriously gets downloaded onto it. And I know that I'm not doing it, or even doing it by mistake. And no one in my house is doing it, because no one has access to mine.

Recently my mom found my Xanga, I swear I had it on a private lock so I used it as a private journal to deal with my depression and everything going on.
Well, she found it and read everything. She read about my anorexia, fooling around with boys, cussing, smoking, drinking, the one-time pot smoking, the times when I hated her. To make things worse, she was admitted to the hospital the day she found it. She hasn't talked to me about it yet because she's still in the hospital but I overheard her telling my dad she found it. ok well my friend asked me out once and i said no to him because i only saw him as a friend. then he called me like a few days ago and i asked him how his christmas was. he said that his grandpa died on christmas eve and his bestfriends mom died as well cauing his bestfriend to move out of the country. he then asked me why i said no and i told him he then asked me out again and i had to say yes. i don't know if that was right but i did it i mean i wanted him to be happy. he's a sweet guy but not at all close to my type or what i've been with. i'm use to going out with drug dealers and thugs. but with him he's just the exact opposite. he's not relaxed really up tight and actually someone my parents would really like. hone...

My brother.
He hits me. Alot. And i know what your going to say, just a brother/sister thing. No, it really hurts. Not just a little, alot.
My mum, she just stands there not doing anything. Then when i start screaming at my brother, she then shouts at ME telling me not to shout at him!
Then i storm off upstairs and I get in trouble for it!
I can't talk to my mum because i know EXACTLY what she will say.

I don't DO anything to him. I would just come downstairs one day and he would just start hitting me for no reason.
And sometimes we get along really well. And i don't know why he does it..
Any advice?
If it helps, I'm 14 and he's 16.

computer virus...??? please help!!!

i was on myspace one day when my spyware thingy popped up and notified me that it had expired, and all this techincal stuff i didnt understand. then something else popped up with the options "allow instalation" or "block instalation". i had no idea what this was so i kept clicking X. now, my computer is really messed up. the icons and start menu only show up when i 1st turn on the computer, then they disapear. just a minute ago, i was randomly taken to this website where it said my PC was infected or something, and it wanted me to run some kind of performace optimizer. (performanceoptimizer.com) i didnt do it becuase i wasnt sure. what should i do....? HELP!
