I bought a lot of songs on itunes. most of them worked but some of them never downloaded. when i try to buy them it says i have already bought them and i need to check my downloads. how can i get my songs back?

in itunes, at the top, go to store --> check for purchases. it's always worked for me. otherwise, check your receipts and contact apple customer service.

Are you sure? You should a. check your account to see if each song was charged, b. look in your purchased file for them, c. do a search in your search bar for the song/artist/album and d. check your e-mail inbox for the receipts for the songs. If worst comes to worst, you can always give Apple Customer Service a ring to sort it all out, but you'll need the receipts and you'll need to let them look in your account themselves to try to recover the purchases.
