miserable period and a swim meet

I am on birth control (YAZ), and I have just started the white pills two days ago. Whenever I start the white pills, I get my period. During my period, I'm absolutely miserable. Extremely heavy flow, horrible cramps (I'm usually in bed during my period, they're so bad), constipation. Well, I don't have my period yet, but I know I will be getting it by tomorrow. And what's tomorrow? A very important, two-day swim meet, which takes about eight hours each day.
How can I make this more bearable? I'm already planning to take a million tampons (maybe the super ones, are they comfortable?) and Ibuprofen. Any more suggestions on what I should take? Or anything that will help me have a lighter period?

i woke up from all night nauseating then they all gone, i feel much better, so i ate banna then all over nauseating came again, is that mean I'm pregant? or wht?

gym time

usually on average when do you start really seeing a difference in body physique if you start going to the gym and strength training... i am pear-shaped and my abs are muscled (urghhh but u can see it under that layer of fat) my problem area is my butt and thighs (if you're comfortable visualizing it in terms of sizes my upper body is the size of a size two woman and my lower body is size 13/14) i just started to go to the gym with a trainer how long should it take for me to start SEEING the changes...i really want to tone up (i don't mind the proportions that much but i'd like to get down to a size 0 at the top and maybe 6 ir 8 at the bottom and see n feel muscles)
oh if it helps i'm 155 and my goal is 120.... i am assuming ...

Sunburn.

Okay so I got a really bad sunburn on my shoulder today spending an hour to walk to the nearest 7/11 and back. It's been the first day I haven't worn sunscreen all summer, because I didn't think I'd get sunburned.
Anyway, it's a pretty small spot, luckily and isn't hurting that much. However I'm still applying moisturiser to help but moisture back into my skin. My question is: How often should I apply the moisturiser on the sunburn?

I'm 16. I've had my period for 5 or 6 years. I'm well aware about these things, just one thing confuses me. I've always had an irregular period. Well, it's been regular.. it came every month but for like 10 days or so. So I've been on birth control for more than half a year. Throughout all of my years of having a period.. I've never experienced PMS until now. I've always been the mellow one.. so it's all new and it's irritating me. I do not like how I act towards my boyfriend. I see him a lot and I'm a monster to him a week before my period.. then while my placebo pills come into play.. I get depressed and I only get my period for 3 days.. so this is not cool. Especially when I get bloated a week before my period.. and half a week after it ...

All through High School, I've been trying to be really nice to everyone. One of my friends warned me that people would just take advantage of me, and it seems like she was right.
You see, I'm in college, and when I go home, I like to hang out with my home friends, but whenever I do, I feel excluded. They'll use me to drive them around, and we'll end up wasting the whole night. Then when I say we should hang out again, they say "uh huh" and forget about me until the next time they need me. I always listen to all their problems, but when I tell them mine, they don't care.
I hate being alone on vacations, and my school friends are all pretty far from me. What do I do?

Places to work in Australia?

Hiya, I'd really prefer people who live in Australia to answer, however if you have anything to help me you're welcome to answer.
I used to work at KFC, and the pay was really bad. The conditions were terrible and I kept getting rostered onto really bad days so I left.
So luckily, finding another job won't be as hard as other people who have never worked before (Although I only worked there for 3 months)
I was wondering, where else can I apply? I'd prefer if you could apply online but anywhere will do. Also, chain stores would be easier. If it's any help, I live in Melbourne Australia.
Please don't say "work in a fast food or a supermarket" because I can't apply for Coles...

When I download videos, the sound plays & the visual doesn't.. This is the second time it's happened to me. At first when I try to play it, it says "Aquiring Codec" & then it plays just the sound. Last time it happened, someone told me to download this codec pack, but I dont know where to get it now :[ Does anyone know where I can download it for free?

Can't find a job...

Alright, I'm female and turning fourteen, and I'd like to get a job.
Of course, I'll try to get in at Publix, but, Publix is extremely hard job to get.
The bowling alleys won't hire me. I don't live near any amusment parks...
And, yes, I do baby sit, and other 'jobs' but, I'm looking for a real job.
Also, I've heard a few people say: You can work at a fast food place.
But, every time I go to the website (Not just a website in my state, the website for ALL the reasturants) it says 'no one under the age of 16'

I have a free trial of Paint Shop Pro X, and I heard that there is a way of making it last forever on your computer by chaning the time or something? How would I do that and does it work?

Abercrombie Kids Job Interview

I have an interview at Abercrombie tomorrow. I've never been on an interview before, so im really nervous. I also don't know if its ok to wear jeans or not.
