I have this friend, let's call her L and I met L just this year, [I am 15/f freshman in high school] and she comes from a different school, is really nice but driving me up an insanely high wall. In the beginning of our friendship, she was shy and I did most of the talking because I hate awkward silences and then she started talking more and we had only known eachother for a couple of days and became oddly very trusting with me, expecting the same from me, but I've been burned and backstabbed badly in past friendships and I'm not as trusting as her. does short hair make you look younger though?

Why the dislike with homework help?

I was just wondering on your thoughts of homework helping and why so many people dislike it. I mean i know many people dislike homework but when a friend asks you for help would you help them? I do but it seems that when i'm in the time of need, noone will help me and it just seems to be impossible for me to finish it.
I'm on msn helping others with their but when i need help, everyone says that they have to go and my whole list practically goes empty! And I can't ask for help here because homework questions are forbidded. Is there some toher way I can get some help that's free online maybe?

ive been in a relationship for 2 years now. at first everything was great, we even got engaged! since then hes been acting like a jerk! he hates my job and threatens to leave me if i dont quit,everytime we fight the first thing he does is tell me to find another place to live! he puts me down alot and he is getting more controlling. he seems to have little respect for me and when i confront him about it he just turns it around. im emotionally drained! is this the real him?

i know limewire is bad and all so no comments on that please, but its been working really good for me since i downloaded it, but all of a sudden its not letting me download anything anymore, like, i can type in the name of the song i want and the search bar is at the top, but no results come up. ive talked to a couple of my friends and they all say they have the same problem...what could be wrong and how could i fix it??

16/f, i have 2 best friends who i can be my complete and utter self around. ever since last year, our first year of high school, (we'll call her A), A has changed a lot because of joining sports. all 3 of us have always been shy, quiet, and that is probably why we came together in elementary school. so last year A played sports all 3 seasons in school and made "friends" or people she talked to because she had no one else to talk to. this has made her more outgoing, but sometimes she acts as though she is better than me & B (my other best friend), since we have not played any sports and especially last year, didn't much many new friends.

Okay. so i have short and thin hair, and i really want it to grow to be down to about my middle back. right now its at my shoulders, and im just so tired of it being short.
i had really short hair in 5th grade, and then it grew to be the lenght it is now. Its been four years and my hair still hasnt grown longer than yet. I do get it trimmed, but it still will not grow past my shoulers

15/f, this might be long, sorry.
i've had bulimia for over a year and i don't know what to do. part of me wants to get help and part of doesn't want to change or let go of something thats been a part of me for so long. i know that sounds crazy but yeah i don't know. i read about how you can die but i never think that it's gonna happen to me, like i've never known anyone who has so it's like a seeing is believing thing for me. i basically throw up everything i eat, and i probably purge atleast two to three times a day because i don't eat breakfast or lunch. to this doesn't seem like a bad thing and i don't know. it's only been a little over a year so i don't think it's that bad. would i have to like go to a rehab center or so...
