I was just wondering on your thoughts of homework helping and why so many people dislike it. I mean i know many people dislike homework but when a friend asks you for help would you help them? I do but it seems that when i'm in the time of need, noone will help me and it just seems to be impossible for me to finish it.
I'm on msn helping others with their but when i need help, everyone says that they have to go and my whole list practically goes empty! And I can't ask for help here because homework questions are forbidded. Is there some toher way I can get some help that's free online maybe?
karenR answered Saturday January 12 2008, 1:54 pm: Actually you can ask here for help.
The thing that gets people in trouble
is asking for the answer. Help is fine.
There are many who answer though with
the answer because they are to lazy to
"help". If all we did was give answers
to homework questions we would be buried
by them all. So most do get deleted.
If you want to ask here then don't give the
actual question. Ask instead " How do I diagram
a sentence" or "How do you solve fraction
problems?"
Another danger of asking for help here is
you might just get the wrong answer deliberately.
There are those who start columns just to be
jerks. We weed them out but there are rude
people out there just looking for laughs
at other peoples expense.
There are a lot of homework help sites
out there. Most are geared toward subject
so I will give you the search I used and
can check some of them out for bookmarking.
