Okay I get nervous very easily, and when I give reports in school my hands start to shake and I talk really fast. What I'm asking is there anyway to improve my nerves? I really need to because the career I went to pursue (lawyer) requires a lot of talking, and I can't be doing that in court lol, very unprofessional! Help!

alzheimers

My grandma has just been diagnosed with Alzheimer's 6 months ago, but we think she's had it for much longer. My parents were hiding it from me all this time. I'm really upset with them for that. But anyways...
I'm just scared for her. I just was wondering if anybody could tell me things about Alzheimer's...I know like what it is but I just wanted to know a little more. I'd ask my parents, but they sorta don't want to talk about it. I mean, they didn't even tell me. I figured it out when they mentioned it in casual conversation. So basically asking them is completely out of the question.

So I shaved "Down there" just because like, I was curious and stuff. So now its like thereare little red bumps, and they're kind of itchy so I looked up this stuff and "Pubic Lice" came up. Can you get pubci lice from shaving? Also, a while back my sex ed teacher said "If you shave and you get red bumps and stuff its easier to get STD's" Is that true?! Help.

so ive had my period for about 2 and half years now, and i still dont know how to put a tampon in. its really embaressing too because when i go away to camp [Im on the swim team at my camp] and i get my period, its embaressing to tell my friends/the coach that i cant swim because of it. should i know how to by now? its been 2 years! the thing is. i did tried this one time in 7th grade, my friends pool party which i was so excited to go to and wear my new bikini and then i got my period and im like okay putting a tampon in cant be that bad. omg it is. it hurtsss like idk why it bothers me. i just dont like that feeling of sticking something up me. why am i so weirdd haha. and i try again every now and then, but no luck. as soon as i try and ...

BIRTH CONTROL ADVICE EMERGENCY

Okay I have been on birth control almost 2monthes now. Well I haven't had my period in a month, I didn't take my sugar pills but I don't think that should have an effect on my period NOT coming. I have had no signs of pregnancy an I took a test 3 days before my period was supposed to come which was the 7th? SO I need advice???

My Sister

I'm 16/f and I'm through fighting with my sister. She's 19 and I'm to the point where I'm just done. I can't argue with her because she's "always right". I can't talk to my mom because she's kind of upset that we fight all the time. My dad is getting sick of it to. I could say I'm not the bratty sister til I'm blue in the face but if I'm a brat then she's just awful. It will be the simplest thing and she goes off on this rant about how I'm incompetent to do anything and I will actually agree with her, but she keeps going. It's like talking to someone who uses their age and their one-year college (and driving!) experience, against you to the point where she honestly believes I'm an idiot. My question is How do I stay out of her way...

Wii Fit

Hello. I love playing video games and my grandmother recently bought me a Wii. Wii Fit looks quite interesting to me, it would get me off the couch to do SOMETHING, ya know? Well I read recently that there is a 300 pound weight limit: however I'm not sure how trust worthy the site was, but I exceed the weight limit, significantly. I'm not like 400 pounds but I definitely am well over the "300 limit". Is it possible to still play if you are over 300? Because I'd really like to. No smart ass remarks please. Thanks.

Tampons of DOOM!

Okay, so I just recently started getting my period. And, to put it simply, I hate it. For my first period, which lasted like three weeks, I used nothing but pads. I don't mind the pads, but I do go swimming regularly and I do horseback riding. The problem with pads and horseback riding is when you ride, the pads stick to your butt, which is really unpleasant. Anyways, I'm going to summer camp next week for two weeks, and I'm going to probably be starting my period by about Friday or so. At the camp, we go swimming AND horseback riding everyday. I can use tampons just fine, since I've already tried them out and they fit comfortably and all. The problem is, it feels like the string is burning/cutting the skin around my vag. It's kinda painful...

I'm 15/f, about 165cm tall...not sure :P and atm I weight 64.5kg( arrrghh, I know I'm fat!)
I've gained so much recently, and I really hate it.
I decided to go on a diet over the summer, cause I'd love to be nice and thin for when we back to school in September, and also be able to wear more clothes.
My aim is to weight at least 57kg by September, but less would be even better :)
I don't have much time for exercises, so could someone give me some 15 minute ones I could do in the evenings at home?
Also, what type of things should I eat?
I eat most things, except spinach and seafood :P
Maybe some other exceptions.
Also, what could be really good things to motivate me?

okk, i am indian and i am a teenager, and i am 14 years old. My parents are lyk really strick, now its summer holidays and my friend is having a party today,so i asked them if i could go and they said no! IT always lyk this they dont let me hang out with my friends, and i am a teenager and i want to hang out with my frinds. THey believe that having friends is a bad thing and they are going to ruin my life or something. And they dont even know my frinds they are really nice and stuff. But i tried explaining to them and they said no u have to follow our indian culture and blah blah. and i was lyk how i culture realated to hanging out with my friends. I feel trapped they dont let me see my frinds or even go to the movies with them. So what do i do to let them go a little easy on me? plz help

To begin, I don`t need a boyfriend - most times I don`t even want one. However, sometimes there`s just those summer nights when I`m sitting down at the beach when I wish I had someone to share it with. I think I`d make an awesome girlfriend if I had the chance.
I have five guys (that I know of) who say they like me. I rarely talk to them, but all of a sudden they`re all wanting to get to know me. Out of the mix, there is one guy who is someone that I`d potentially like to get to know.
Here`s the catch. I like a guy who I`ve ever only spoken to once.. on facebook. I know, right? Ridiculous. He went to my school for eight months but never got to know anyone other than his sports teammates. Now...

Today I have an interview, as I have applied to volunteer for the local Parks & Rec. Initially I didn`t think I needed to bring anything other than ID, but will I need to bring a resume? That would involve completely redoing mine today, but I`m not sure if it`s entirely necessary. I have never had a job, so my resume is rather bare.

Im a very girlie person but I just don't do purse or bags. But I really need one for highschool that's big (like a rectangle sized) but stylish for either carrying through travel time between classes or as my back pack bag. Can anyone give me some of your fashion expertise? I hope that it's cheap and easy to find. It's quite a small city here so I don't want a bad that someone else will have.

I have the coolest English teacher ever, he's so funny, and doesn't give a shit as long as we pay attention and do the work (like we can drink or listen to music in class)
Today was the last lesson of English(tomorrow is the last day of school) and I'm really gonna miss him over the summer (I have him next year as well)

Whenever I masturbate, I have an orgasm, but when I have sex with my boyfriend, I don't. It feels good but I never hit that point. I can't tell him because then he would know that I faked it every time but I want to be able to orgasm from him..any suggestions?
