Fatty :(

Question Posted Thursday June 19 2008, 2:59 pm

I'm 15/f, about 165cm tall...not sure :P and atm I weight 64.5kg( arrrghh, I know I'm fat!)
I've gained so much recently, and I really hate it.
I decided to go on a diet over the summer, cause I'd love to be nice and thin for when we back to school in September, and also be able to wear more clothes.

My aim is to weight at least 57kg by September, but less would be even better :)

I don't have much time for exercises, so could someone give me some 15 minute ones I could do in the evenings at home?

Also, what type of things should I eat?
I eat most things, except spinach and seafood :P
Maybe some other exceptions.
Also, what could be really good things to motivate me?

There aren't a whole lot of great fifteen minute exercises, but cardio workouts that really get you moving, like sports and running, are most likely to burn fat. As for diet, try to avoid sugary food like desserts and sodas, as these add weight quickly. Try to avoid eating right before bed, because your body won't have enough time to burn off the calories or turn the food into energy for your body, so it will instead turn into fat. Try to avoid eating out at fast food places, and eating foods that are extra greasy like chips and pizza. As for things to motivate you, think about how great you're going to look after you reach your ideal weight of 57kg or less. Picture yourself with the body you want and know that you will get it by eating healthy and exercising. If you think about how great you will look and how happy and confident you will be with your body shape, you should be motivated. Good luck.

I definitally suggest jumping jacks and crunches, two simple things that give you an amazing workout. Most people find floor crunches painful but an "ab lounge" makes them super easy. When i workout i listen to music and it keeps my mind off what im doing and makes it go by super fast.Food wise, simply avoid carbs and lots of fatty foods.Eat lots of greens and fruits and just watch the amount of calories you eat.For motivation, just think about how good youll feel about yourself once you get to your ideal wait. Hope this helps!
