bruises

OKay, so I'm 17, female. And I play basketball, cheer and track. Well A couple weeks ago. I say like the 9th and 10th of July I had a basketball tournament. Well My knees and legs got banged up, but the bruises are still there, mainly on my shine(spelling). I'm seeing some on my arms too. The one on my shine, doesn't hurt. But on my arm it does. I have no idea how I'm getting the ones on my arms. I'm scared that it is Leukemia, My grandmother just died 7 months ago form it. I don't know if I'm just freaking myself out or what. Any ideas?

John Robert Powers auditions

I recently heard on my local radio station about John Robert Powers auditions and my mom and I called to schedule one. I have been on one of them before and apparently there are classes that they would like you to take that range from 1,000-6,000 and after you take them, they will help find you work..but there is also a casting director from Disney Channel that will be there so it's kind of like a double thing..my question is, has anyone on here ever been on one of these auditions and gotten something? Or is it just a huge scam? Like a win-lose situation?

i have an absolutely beautiful perfect best friend ha. and my closest guy friend is her boyfriend. they are perfect for eachother! hes my neighbor, and we hang out alot. but trust me we are NOTHING more than friends. we USED to like eachother, but were way over that and she knows.hes a GREAT friend that i can trust with all my heart too. so i dont ever want our friendship to end. i dont know if i should get any closer with him because i dont want to make her mad that we talk alot. but when we talk it about her or one of the guys i like. it doesnt seem to bother her but i hope one dy me and her friendship doesnt get torn apart because of it.
should i remain as close to him as i am now?

I live in texas
about 8-10 mins. from the water.
Its Hot and Humid over here. The problem
with my hair is not that it frizzes but it flips.
Like my hair will be perfectly straight but as soon
as i get outside it flips. This only happens in the morning though. and the problem with that
is that i ride the bus. So is there anything that will keep my hair straight?

ok so my boyfriend and I were having sex yesterday and when he pulled out the condom was covered in white sticky stuff. I mean like solid white, it looked kind of like glue. It wasn't seman, because his condom didn't rip or leak or anything we checked. it must have come from me. Now I know girls have discharge but mine has always been clear. is it normal for it to be white? Could something be wrong with me?

I'm 16 and going to be a junior in high school, so I figured it was about time I started thinking about the career path I'd like to take.
In one of my classes freshman year, my teacher gave me a list of a few websites that list job descriptions, salaries, required schooling, job environment, etc. But I obviously no longer have that list of websites, so...
Does anybody know of any websites [preferably for teenagers] that give good job descriptions, schooling required, etc like I mentioned above? I've tried Google, but nothing really came up.
I'd really appreciate any help =]

17/F My friend is a Jehovah's Witness and really tries to convert me. I am Jewish as in heritage, but I've come to the conclusion that I am fine without a religion. I don't need to be led and that's final. If I tell her I am content with my religious choices...will she still be my friend? or should I just continue to turn down invites to her congregation...I've been there before, so I have given it a try.

My boyfriend and i are ready to have sex, but I'm a little scared. He says he can get me birth control to take, and we would also use a condom, of course. I'm not worried about any diseases (we're clean). I'm only worried about getting pregnant. By using condoms and taking birth control, am I really at any risk?

Natural Toothpaste

I've been trying to switch to more natural products lately, and was wondering about natural toothpastes, like Jason or Tom's of Maine.
Does anyone know how effective natural toothpastes are at preventing cavities, reducing plaque, etc.? These toothpastes are generally not approved by the ADA (American Dental Association), but even so, are they just as effective as a conventional toothpaste like Colgate? And for anyone who's tried a natural toothpaste, any comments? Thanks!
