well i dont live wit my mom anymore. i live with my aunt so i want her last name. can i do that? im 15 and my aunt will come with me to do it. does it cost money?

You have to have your legal guardian sign something, If I'm not mistaken.
It does cost a lot of money, Not 100% sure on the real price though.

yeh, you do need guardian permission and i think it costs about a thousand dollars because i was planning on doing it too.
