whats the best site for downloading free music to an mp3?

There are a ton of P2P programs you could use to accomplish this end. Personally, I suggest a torrenting program (BitTorret, BitComet, etc etc), or Ares (Which I'm 99% sure does torrents also).

Keep in mind that having these programs installed and using this is legal. Pirating music is not. The policies of this website require me to advise you not to do anything illegal.

So, you know, don't.
