i have known this kid for most of my life. he has a brother my age and another brother who plays sports with my younger brother. my whole life he has kinda just been there and i guess i would consiter him an acquaintance. but now that i'm older, i started to realise that i really like this boy a lot and i have for a long time. my problem is thats he is 18 and i am 15. so i dont really know how to appproach him. usually i have no problem approaching boys but generally i go for the rocker guy. this boy is a full on athlete. so i dont know how to really make small talk with him. i also tend to get really shy around him for some reason. i really want to at least go on one date with him but i'm not sure how to ask out a guy who is older than me that i dont know all that well... help me!

i didn't know under which category to put this in but what they hey.... the question is super silly but i'm really sensitive about this so here goes...
when i was in 1st and 2nd grade i was a super bully... i don't know if it helped that my dad's sister was the principle and owner of the school ( i swear i never rubbed that in and i never even realized why people REALLY feared me until later- read on i'll explain how)

Balance between academics and athletics

Hi all :]
Well I'm about to be a junior and I play volleyball and want to be involved in other extracurricular activites as well. In the midst of that, I also have AP classes and am preparing for the SATs and AP tests in spring 2009. I was just wondering if anyone has anyone advice for me on how I can balance my schoolwork with my other hectic activites and still manage to acheive straight A's, a great SAT score, and 5s on all of my AP tests. I'm trying to read up before the school year starts so I'll be prepared-any other advice?

wave hair effect

i have wavey hair but i wanna know like the best way to get beach waves from gtting out of the shower, and what products to use and stufff. cause i looked it up on google and it gave me ideas but i have to usse a curler or something
also i want to buy a crimper/triple barrel iron or somthing. not the ones that give u the really small waves the big ones.

Removing name from google search.

I did a random google search of my name, and found a couple of links with some personal information, including a really embarrassing poem i posted 7 years ago. There are a few other sites too, but nothing this embarrassing.
Is there anything I can do to get my name removed from a google search, or at least that particular link (poem)?? Potential employers, people I'm interested in..could easily get information about me- VERY annoying.

he is leaving

my boyfriend of 2 months is leaving after college starts August 25th for me. I want to give him a gift but I dont know what to give him. It can be either I give it to him before he leaves or put it in his stuff when he leaves that way when he gets to his outta state college he will see/ find it. which sounds like a sweet and good idea.
i already wrote him a note that I will put in his stuff. I have only been with him for 2 months, so scrapbook isn't a good idea because we don't have many pictures taken together. he has pictures on his camera, of me and us.

ok heres the story.
i started having this "stomach ache" on sunday, and it has been the worse thing i have been through, i swear. One night I was in the bathroom every 15min, diarreha. Now, ive had it for almost 7 days, constant pain, i want to throw up every once in awhile. And now, it's mostly when i eat, about 1-2hrs later, im in horrible pain and i have a harder stool. I've been hearing that this is a stomach virus going around. All I know is that I am sick of this, I would like to be actually eating again and enjoying my life without constant pain and running to the bathroom. i've been with my boyfriend for over three years. i love him and he loves me, but we're past the "infatuation phase". sometimes he takes me for granted and doesn't always show how much he loves me, but he's never been the romantic type, so i can understand. plus i'm his first "real" girlfriend, so he isn't as experienced with romance as other guys i dated in the past have been, and what i was used to back then (now i've grown comfortable with the way my current boyfriend is and all that, though).

i'm 17 and my boyfriend is 19. we've been going out for almost two years now. i really do love him. he graduated last year. he told me multiple times he was going to college but every time kept making up different excuses. i could tell he wasn't serious about it but i always believed him that he would eventually go. a few weeks ago he told me he is not going. i was completely devastated that he basically lied to me for year, although he still says he was planning on going. anyway, i plan on staying with him for a long time. but what bothers me is if our relationship continues for awhile, what job is he going to have? i'm not trying to be greedy or anything, it just scares me. i guess i need stability. i'm not sure what my exact question is, but what would you do if you were me?

heat protection for hair

What is the best heat protection spray you have used?
I blow dry and straighten my hair every day and as told to use a product to protect my hair from the heat. I wanted something very light that wouldn't coat my hair or make it feel like straw so i tried Tresemme heat tamer and loved it at first but lately it has been drying ot my hair. I was wondering if anyone has found another heat protection spray that really works to keep hair healthy but isn't too thick.

I get weirdly nostalgic about things. I can't throw away stuff from when I was younger because I'll just have this guilt tugging at the back of my mind forever. Like, three years ago I gave away my dollhouse and I STILL feel guilty about that.
And then when I look at old pictures I cry because I know that I'll never get to go back to that time in my life ever again. That's why I can't throw things away, because I feel like I'd be throwing part of ME away. Does that make any sense?
