Biting My Nails.

Okay, so I have this problem with constantly biting my nails. I'm trying to grow them out and so far they're longer then they've been in a long time. I was wondering though if theres some kind of nail polish that makes them stronger, or tastes AWFULL.
Ive already tried thinking about the discusting crap that is under them..and it works for like a milla-second.

My Nintendo DS lite is being really weird

Right now, I'm overseas in England (just making sure you know all the factors). My DS needed to be charged, so I got out my international adaptor and plugged my DS to it, and it to the wall.
And nothing. No charging of any kind. At all. No light on or anything.
So, I figured maybe it's because the voltages are different, so I bought a energy converter. It works charging my laptop, but again, no response from the DS lite.
I know DS batteries tend to need to be replaced and such after some time, but I don't think that's the case. Is there a problem with my power cord, the battery, or what? And if so, how do I get a new one, not lose my firmware data, and replace it?

fashion merchandising!

i've been thinking about what i want to do, and i've always wanted to do something in fashion but not really fashion design. i just like to be around all that kind of stuff so does anyone know what kid of jobs are offered if you major in fashion merchandising? are they good jobs? i might also double major in Fashion Merchandising and Textiles & Clothing. i'm only a sophomore but yeah i'm just getting started.

deppressed and lonley

Okay so i've been deppresed for the past couple weeks, not anything like suicide, but I am always sad.
I know this sounds stupid but recently i just finished reading the twilight series and i love how they are in love. But I think i'll never find some one like edward. I will never have a true love :( I will end up being lonley. I am only 14.
Does anyone know a website, or somthing where you can receive counseling or anything for free.

friends not speaking 1 is coping as an only child with a dying parent

2 couples involved
friends for 20+ years recent bitter aqgument over politics has resulted in couple #2 stopping contact (they know couple #1 wife has terminally ill father (Dr said not to count on Thanksgiving)
Woman is an only child, planning her fathers funeral home care etc has enough to deal with
Plus she feels that people she has loved & emotionally supported for years have abandoned her... therefore must never have been true friends
I am close to couple #1 & well aquainteed with couple #2.
should I contact couple #2 & tell them how depressed their absence is making wife #1?
all involved are 55+ years with grown familiew

making curly hair look natural.

i scrunch my hair sometimes with hair mousse and/or hair spray so the curly/waviness will stay. the thing is i really hate that my hair gets hard and shiny looking when i use that stuff. like if i sleep on it after i do that it looks better the next day because its not hard anymore and it looks more natural haha. so is there any way to get it to look natural without sleeping on it? thanks a ton!

I like..well attracted to this boy. I'm in yr 11 but he's in yr 12..
We wear different uniforms at school so he knows im younger than him and everyone is seperated by their uniforms. I dont want him to think of me as a little school girl ; for I do look quite young. My friend is in the same year as him and she has told me his interests and told me some funny jokes he's made ad done and they are so similar to mine and my personality. hair extensions

i recently bought extensions. tomorrow i'm going to dye my hair to match my extensions. i've worn them before, but i think my "clips" are showing. i feel like i can't put all the clips in. i can only put like three or four in because otherwise they will show. i don't know what i'm doing wrong! other people i've seen with extensions don't seem to have this problem. when i try to put them as close to the top as possible, my hair doesn't cover it completely. i'm always paranoid there showing! has this happened to anyone else? or any suggestions? thanks!

Hey i really need this question answered and i hope u can help....
I invited my boyfriend(20years old) to come with me and my family on vacation to my grandparents house in the U.S for thanksgiving shopping. Now hes saying that he wont be able to come because he doesn't have enough money and if he leaves for 4 days his job will fire him before Christmas. Am i wrong to be upset about this? cause i really wanted him to come

im 15 /f and i always hear that im bi polar. i think its an extremely over used excuse for people. i dont like to say i am because i dont know. well i dont have massive mood swings but minor ones. i get depressed for no reason, than i get very angry,( i have broken many things in my temper.) and then i will be fine. i am a little bit of an insomniac, i usually get 4 hours sleep a night and still energetic all day. i get irritated very easily and it brings on my temper tantrums. i usually keep myself in check, but when i cant i get angrier for losing control, but i dont take it out on other ppl, i take it out on myself, like hit my head against walls or something of the sort. would this mean i am bi polar?

I am absolutley crazy about my boyfriend. And i think one of the reasons why is because he keeps he doesn't give me as much attention as i would like to have. Usually when me and a dude have a thing they always say sweet stuff or whatever and it gets boring but with him since he doesn't do it it makes me like him even more.
Is this weird? Also i want him to want me like i want him. I kinda want to make him jealous so he will give me more attention but im scared that he'll just be mad at me and then my plan with just fall apart.

I shake. I love to act, I'm not scared to preform i'm not nervous at all i just shake. I can't help it I'll be completly fine but the min. i start talking i shake BUT I"M NOT NERVOUSS! I got a good part in this play thingey and i don't know how to overcome this shaking!! HELPP!

Okay well my ex-boyfriend and me only broke up because of my parents but we still love each other but i told him its going to be a long time before we go out but now he wants to go out with this other girl and he asked me if it was okay and the only reason he was going out with her is because i said it was going to be along time before we go out.So of course i told him its okay i don't care if he wants to go out with him, but i really still love him and don't want him to go out with her because i'm almost able to date again but when he told me that it changed my mind on telling him that. What should I do? Should I just tell him that he should go out with him and forget about or should I tell him that I don't want him to go out with her? I have gone through a lot lately. Everytime when I tell my parents of something bad that has happened they try to force me to go to counseling. I find that extremely insulting. If there's one thing I know how to do, it's how to think. If I have a problem that I need another perspective on I have my friends, advicenators, and used to have my parents. Except now I feel like I have to close myself off to them because I'm sick of hearing how I 'need help.' Has anyone else experienced a similar situation? Was it ever resolved?

Well anyway, they start to like be killed one by one during their like lessons or whatever..i can't think of the name and it's driving me crazy! Please help! I've liked this guy for soooo long. Me and him have had this fling thing going on but then he told me that hes grounded and cant be in a relationship. I have this friend that dosent know anything about us. But i was out of school one day and this girl i really dont like apparently is her friend too and likes him. He told the girl that he was grounded but he'd think about it. So they went out for like a week before she broke up with him and went out with her ex. And now my best friend nows about me liking him and apparently he liked me but now he likes her and she used to like him and dosent know he likes her.
So pretty much my guy fell for my best friend and my best friend fell for my guy. and i get to sit back and watch. what do i do?
