What are the affects living with a smoker who does not smoke indoors? They only smoke outside.

Well, the advicenator below did not mention that when they come back inside there can be like a smoke cloud around them and they do bring some smoke inside the house so you do get effects of second-hand smoke even still as the smell clings to the smoker's hair and clothes. When they breathe back out inside the house that doesn't help either. Smoke can stay for 2 weeks..

Little to none effects, I would guess. If they smoke outside, the smoke is outside in the free air, not boxed inside a house where it's looking for a way out so it sometimes gets in your lungs. Smoking outside won't harm other people in the house unless you're sitting in their smoke path outside, and even then it's not very harmful at all :) hope I helped!
