Are you on any medication that could lead you to get tremors at random? There are many anti-depressants and lithium that require you drink tons of water or you get the shakes. If so, you likely need to drink a lot of water and the shaking will fade. That's the case with me.

Try drinking a lot of water through the course of the day to get hydrated before going on and see if that works. It may also be psychological and related to an anxiety disorder or fear.

I would bring it up with your doctor and get referred to a psychiatrist just so they can determine if that's the case and if medication will stop it. If this has been going on for a long time and isn't recent it sounds medical rather than anything else.
