providing elder care to my mom

I am a 55 year old female; very interested in the healthcare field, studied for 8 years, am certified massage therapist, have experience in studying energy medicine. Now my 80 year old mother is living home but is missing some of her capacities. My dad died about 3 years ago, my brother lives with her and has a full time job so he's home only at night.
Because of my experience, I felt like the right person to provide her with some help. She has piles of magazines & catalogues all over the house but doesn't want them moved so it's difficult to clean. When I gave her a massage she ended up telling me what to do and when I try to help her make healthy choices in her food, she complained about all my cooking and I found stashes...

Okay so me and my boyfriend have been together for over two years,we want to have unprotected sex this weekend. Don't tell me its not safe because I already no all about that. but if we do decide to, what are some major precautions to take. Like I said even if we don't id like the advice for future reference

well I like this boy alot for like 4 years and my friends tell me i need to talk to him and make a move. But i dont know what to say to him. How can i start talking to him, or what should i say? Because im so nervouse talking to him and we dont really talk that much so how can i start a conversation. And plus he knows i like him.

I've been a lucid dreamer for along time, However I remember this one dream I had about my Grandmother who passed in 2000. I don't remember the dream however I do remember I saw this light and heard a voice that said "You are my grand daughter and I love you"

Miscarriage.

I just wanted to know whether you think I have mis carried or not.
Me and my partner have been trying to concieve for a while, then 2 days before my period was actually due, I came on with only light bleeding, and it was very light in colour, and quite painful, and only last 3 days?
I have read a few different articles on the internet and it seems that what I suffered was a miscarriage.
Whats your opinion? Heres some facts:
1. My period is always on time, never late or early,
2 . Always lasts at least 6 days
3 . Normally very heavy
4 . Normally pain free.
Please help me figure out whether a miscarriage was the case, it does say on a few websites...

job placement centers

I am currently unemployeed and of course looking for work. I have been looking on search engines like Monster and indeed.com and haven't had any luck. I have been contacted by a couple job placement centers, I guess you can call them head hunters, saying they can help me with my job search. They say they know who is hiring or about to before it comes out on sites or the paper. They have the edge. They say they charge a small fee but don't tell you how much. Either I will pay or the company who hires me will pay. Should I use this "placement centers" or go through temporary agencies or continue with search engines.

AC/DC t-shirt

I want to make an AC/DC t-shirt but instead of AC/DC I want it to be MO/MO (my nick name) with the lighting bolt in the middle. I tryed to do it on cafe express or whatever you call it but when I uploaded a picture of the AC/DC I figure I would just earse the AC and DC so that the lightning bolt would still be in the middle but I couldnt. Does any know a site where I can make the shirt that has the lighting bolt in the middle? Thanks!

Lately, it feels like my girlfriend is constantly saying hurtful and/or disrespectful things to/about me. And I can't tell if she's oblivious or not about how it affects me.
How do I make it clear that I still love her, but that what she says affects me a lot.

ok so... i'm not like a perfect kid or anything but I'm not a bad one either. I'm 18 years old and I don't drink, do drugs, have sex, nothing. I never have and I don't plan on it. My 15 year old sister on the other hand has been mixed up in just about everything. She even got a tattoo and tried hiding it forever. I am 17, My son's bio father is 18 (John), My fiance is 19 (Nate) and my son is 2.
I am going to first list the reasons why my son's bio father isn't allowed to see him.
*When my son was a baby baby he never woke up with him in the middle of the night he just ignored him.

For a long time I had a friend who I didn't know so well and wouldn't see very often, who really liked me. He told me he liked me but at the time I really didn't feel the same way. i heard that for guys, saying a girl is cute is more of a compliment than saying a girl is hot, because "cute" is like someone you can bring home to mom and "hot" is someone you just wanna look at or $%#@! haha is that true?
the guy who said it to me was 24 but i just assumed he called me cute bc he didn't think i was hot but didn't wanna insult me, and then just came up with an excuse haha.
