i have eaten really healthily lately, and cut back on fats and sweets and all that and I lost 18 pounds! WOOHOO! Anyways, I have also been exercising and all that jazz...I DON'T want to gain the weight back! But...tonight we might order pizza from Pizza Hut...will having pizza this once hurt my diet?

I was on Weight Watchers and I am now down to my goal weight (125 pounds). I want to stay at this weight. I was having 20 points a day (about 1,200 calories). I am a 5'4 female...by how much should I increase my point intake to stay at 125 pounds without gaining or losing?

I have an issue; I want to lose some weight, but my stomach grumbles like crazy!!!!! It's so annoying, I mean, I have a strong willl to lose the weight, but its so embarresing, I sit in math class and suddenly I hear my stomach, is there anything I can take or do to make my stomach not so vocal? ok well i know this question is probably asked a million times but like how do you lose weight..like what foods can you eat other than salad? I'm soo sick of salad but thats like the only healthy thing i can think of? like and whats a fast way to lose weight like by staying inside cause theres snow everywhere where i am? thanks <3

how do you make yourself throw up? like i know you stick your finger down your throat but like ive tried that and it doesn't really work..like is there a cerant way to stick it down or anything..I'm not bulimic or anything I didn't feel good and i ate something and i felt like i had to throw up and i couldn't so i tried to make myself but it didn't work..thanks<3

i'm 13/f and i weigh 115, but i really want to lose 15 lbs. I'm not sure if it's like unhealthy because ive never used them and don't know anyone who has. I know diet pills aren't healthy and don't work, but are diet patches the same way? and how would i be able to get them, cuse i can't just ask my parents to buy me diet patches, they deffinatly wouldn't do that. and i don't want to use them if it's not compleatly safe. help please? thanks -*jeanine

I have a huge problem..im only 13 and weigh 98 pounds but i love to eat!! When i get home from school i eat like a bag of popcorn, some chips, and a salad just to make myself feel better. I excercise but not like a TON. and im healthy ..so whats wrong? I eat breakfast, then a snack, lunch, then a snack and dinner, then dessert. But, when im bored or sad - i eat. even if im not hungry..how do i stop this eating problem ?? =/

When I do crunches or ab workouts, my abs shake really bad.
When I just bend up for a crunch, it shakes horribly and I don't know why. Maybe my muscles are weak? Thanks in advance!

i weigh 153 lbs and i would like to lose at least 15 lbs by this summer. i will probably do crunches. about how many should i do a day if i am doing them every other day? and how much weight will i lose by may or june? please help. *i rate all 4s and 5s*

Hey, I'm going to a dance workshop in about a month, and I was wondering if anyone knew any stretches I could do, to maybe become more flexible.. (I don't mind yoga or pilates) If anyone's got any tips, thanks in advance!

Hi I am 13/f, I am about 5'3", and I weight 152-153 lbs. I was wondering if anyone knows a way I can lose 20-30 lbs by May or June? Like any excericises, diets, and if its an excercise tell me how to do them. If it's a diet please give me a site that gives you the guidelines. Also is there anyway to lose like 1-5 lbs a day?

Okie! I am 5'6 and I weigh about 128 lbs. All my friends tell me that I am skinny but I have hips and I dont like it.I think that I have fat on on my hips and they tell me that I dont but I really want to lose some weight and tone up some more. I used to have a 6pack but I let myself go a few years ago when I started high school and stopped playing soccer after 13 yrs. What should I eat and do to stay skinny. I do sit ups and sometimes run but what else?

Ok well 13/f and 5'2 and 132 pound i want to lose 30 pounds. I feel really over weight but everybody says that Im not but i cant listen to them i feel over weight and stuff. I hate dieting becuse it never works for me the only thing that worked for me was crunches but it didnt help that much. Help i really need to lose weight. I feel so insicure inside.
