what should i do to get abs? i mean, im very skinny, but i just want to tone my stomach. what is the quickest and most effective way for me to accomplish this? please be specific. thanks

There are many ways to get abs. The most effective way is cruches. To work out the pouch on the bottem of your stomacxh, hold your feet in the air, and then do some crunches. It may hurt but it realy works.Also try going on some exercise websites. They have many free websites that show positons to urs to get abs. Also by cosmo girl magazines. there's this guy in my class, he's like short and really skinny, but unbelievably, he has a six pack. he plays A LOT of sports. you should try being more athletic and use fitness equipments like the ablounge, or ab roller

Ever heard of 6 sec abs? That works really fast. They are on tv. My brother's girlfriend did it and she is really small - you could see her abs form in like 2 weeks and she went down a pant size.

you should either work out.
use the ab machines that are on the commercails your abs will come out nice and hott.
or take ab pills

The best program I ever used was the legendary abs program. It is amazing and only takes a few minutes.

You start laying on your back and swing your legs to a 90 degree angle from the floor and then kick up to the ceiling like you're going to land on it and then swing your legs back down. do 2 sets of 20 with 45 sec rest in between.

wait 30 secs

do 25 crunches with your legs in air at 90 degree angle and do the crunch to the ceiling not to the knees.

immediately do 20 half situps feet on floor and crunch but this time elbows toward the knees.

Try this for a few weeks. when you have it down contact me again.

Crunches would probably work best. But people say that different excercises make you lose different amount of weight in different parts of the body, I did find out that wasn't true. So any excercises can tone your stomach, So you might want to try any excercise.I would think pull ups, crunches,twisting..etc, would tone your stomach.

ok do about 3 sets of 10 crunches every morning/night... like do 10... take a couple second break then do another 10 and so on... once you arent sore fromt that anymore or its getting to easy for you up it to 5 sets of 10... the sets help your body take quick breaks to its not killing itself while doing 30/50 crunches all in a row... hope i helped!

You can do crunches and sit ups you can also do leg lifts because you need to use your stomach muscles to lift your legs so it works out your stomach a lot. well hope i helped if you need anything just ask*

You need to do a few abdominal exercises like crunches and sit ups. Crunches are really great and they help tone your abs. You just need to increase your reps when you feel that you need to work harder. Hope I helped :)
