weight loss Hi I am 13/f, I am about 5'3", and I weight 152-153 lbs. I was wondering if anyone knows a way I can lose 20-30 lbs by May or June? Like any excericises, diets, and if its an excercise tell me how to do them. If it's a diet please give me a site that gives you the guidelines. Also is there anyway to lose like 1-5 lbs a day?

5 pounds a day isnt that healthy..but by june or may you could run every day for about an hour,do 100 crunches,do push ups, drink water all the time(that make your face look slimmer..sp),eat healthy..dont eat that much...i saw on tv that if you dont eat until your full you'll get skinier(sp) ]
okay the best thing to do is, crunches, lots of crunches, b/c not only will you lose weight you also develope some musle right there and guys love the musles on a girls belly

Give up the junk food and soda, exercise(you could go on walks or run) and drink lots of water. Try to cut out the snacks, and try not to eat alot after around 5 or 6, because you don't burn the calories off very well after that. Good luck, and if you have any questions, ask me! ♥ Kristen ]
well for a female 13 year old. i think you shouldnt loose 20-30 lbs..you should just loose like 10 or 15 cause your not big. but you can try the southbeach diet. i think the site is southbeachdiet.com but im not sure. ]
