Hi I am 13/f, I am about 5'3", and I weight 152-153 lbs. I was wondering if anyone knows a way I can lose 20-30 lbs by May or June? Like any excericises, diets, and if its an excercise tell me how to do them. If it's a diet please give me a site that gives you the guidelines. Also is there anyway to lose like 1-5 lbs a day?

ballerina04 answered Wednesday January 12 2005, 2:38 pm: Give up the junk food and soda, exercise(you could go on walks or run) and drink lots of water. Try to cut out the snacks, and try not to eat alot after around 5 or 6, because you don't burn the calories off very well after that. hiximchristine answered Wednesday January 12 2005, 2:30 pm: well for a female 13 year old. i think you shouldnt loose 20-30 lbs..you should just loose like 10 or 15 cause your not big. but you can try the southbeach diet. i think the site is southbeachdiet.com but im not sure.
