body weight Okie! I am 5'6 and I weigh about 128 lbs. All my friends tell me that I am skinny but I have hips and I dont like it.I think that I have fat on on my hips and they tell me that I dont but I really want to lose some weight and tone up some more. I used to have a 6pack but I let myself go a few years ago when I started high school and stopped playing soccer after 13 yrs. What should I eat and do to stay skinny. I do sit ups and sometimes run but what else?

Do you have any time to maybe spend an hour at the gym? Also, salad is a good ole remedy for fat. Greens and vegetables. I don't know why people make diets so complicated.. if you excercise and eat right it is really easy.. ]
i have the same problem my friends call me a toothpick and i'm not; try to eat healthy work out and eat less fatty snacks do a sport again it might help ]

I promise you that if you are 5'6 and only 128 lb that you are skinny as ever!! Well newayz...back to your Q, eat healthy foods like meat and veggies, and try to stay away from junk food! There are plenty of work-out videos that can tone your body and you could also go to the gym. I like Leslie's Walk the Walk! It works really well.

If you wanna tone up go to the gym. Take classes if you don't like the weight room. I like Spinning, it will turn that fat right into muscle. Yes, run run run and drink tons of water, and i mean tons. to eat healthy you must eat your fruits and veggies along with protien. No junk food. I like to make salads with A Balsamic Vinigret dressing with tomatoes and chicken or steak. Don't get Iceburg letucce, Spinach is healther. Set goals for yourself, how much you want to lose.

You can play sports, if you have pets like dogs or cats, you can play with them, You can eat vegetables, fruit, the basic diet of a normal person!

Eat smart, salad, fruit, veggies, water and fish is a good diet. Eat less portions of food and cut back on the junk food and snacks, example, you are going to the movies and you want popcorn, NO YOU CAN NOT HAVE POPCORN!! Wake up early in the morning and jog around your block, but have a good nights rest! Excersize at the gym 2 times a week if not 1 time at least. Try being active in those 6 months, try to be more active in p.e. when the coach says run, dont walk, RUN!! Try dancing, and start soccer again! (a very good excersie for loosing weight!!) Eat healthy stuff,like fruits and vegtables,and only eat when your hungry.Exercise every day and lay off the sweets and cokes.But if your friends are telling you your not fat,then dont worry bout it.Your probally skinny if they say you are :) -jen- ]
