lose wieght quick

does any one know how to lose like 10 pounds in like a week...i have a party comming up and i want to look a little "less" in my dress...thanks..

YOu can loose about 24 lbs in a week if you eat nothing with sugar or carbs in it like salad and peanuts for snack..

thats really unsafe..but i heard that if you drink water all the time it makes your face look slimmer..you'll look fine..but if you want to lose some weight..eat healthy,exercise,dont eat that much and drink water

ok whatever you do dont stop eating!!! do some excercises !! crunches, go running, push ups !! i dont know if you will lose as much as you hoped but you will look and feel a lot btter if you do this like 4 times a week for like 30 min. !!! DONT STOP EATING !!! that is very dangerous

Just stop eating. You lose pounds of water weight everyday. And after next week, eat well at first because your metabolism will be a little slow, but you'll get back in it. good luck!

Okay. I know this might sound like a lot..and you may not lose as much as you want, but I promise that it will make you look so much thinner. Crunches,abs, sit-ups, whatever you want to call them. About 200 a day..Bring water to where you do them. You don't have to do 200 straight..thats insanity..try doing them later in the day, because in the morning, there's nothing really to burn off and you lose a lot of energy. drink lots of water and stay away from junk..and your set..if you have a gym class, try participating a little harder...

losing 10 pounds in just one week isn't healthy, but if it's what you want... try to cut out as much sweets as you can (cookies, candy, pop, ect.) DONT STARVE YOURSELF though, if you lose weight in an unhealthy way like not eating at all, your actually just going to gain weight because your metabolism will slow down and you'll end up gaining weight like crazy. If you have food cravings a lot, like in between meals or somthing, try chewing gum, and drink lots of water- you might gain "water weight" but you'll end up losing that real fast after a few days i think. Eat balanced meals, lots of fruit and vegtables... and try joining a gym- or excersizing on your own at least once a day if you can. [dont try diet pills- they dont work, i've had past experience] Hope i helped :) xxo -*jeanine

There's a scientific way to do it (I know, me and scientific?) you need to go to one of those website that can tell you how many calories you need a day to stay the same weight, and then eat less and exercise more so that the total for one day is 500 less than normal. for each 500 calories less it is, you loose one pound. it's something like that anyway. but dont try to loose it all in like 2 days, or become anorexic or anything. Have fun at your party!

10 pounds is going to be tough to lose in a week. I suggest going low carb and defintely excersing alot.
