if you go to the doctors i think they can give you a perscription. but if you don't have time for that, if the spots are because of dry skin try getting a skin-sensitive lotion for your back. personally, i would tell you not to put so much pressure on yourself to look so perfect because i'm sure people aren't going to like befriend you because you have spots on your back :] nobody is perfect, remember that. have an awesome birthday.
I have a boyfriend and I have NO IDEA what to get or make him for Christmas. I've asked him, but he keeps saying he doesn't know! I have a friend who hangs out with me when we are in class and since we have a locker right next to eachother she hangs out with me. But when she is around certain "friends" she acts really mean to mean and ignores me. Sometimes I feel like i'm not her friend and sometimes i feel like we are best friends, What should I do?
this happened to me too... what i would do is ask her what her deal is, if you guys have a friendship or not. if she acts suprised you're asking this, ask her why she acts differently when she's with her other friends. [it may not be worth your time to continue being friends if she doesn't fix the problem] i know it's hard to "just tell her how you feel" but honestly, thats the only thing that works, most people don't get hints you give them. hope i helped

just get a little trim, you could probebly even do it yourself, to cut off the dry ends [i think you get split ends from playing with your hair like during class, so if you do then thats probebly part of the probelm] hope i helped -jeanine

hey i read in the last seven magazgine that putting like a "dime-sized amout of lotion" on your hair will keep it from frizzing.. i dont know if it would work the same for poofing, unless you consider it the same thing... lol hope i helped
