Try re-uploading the picture, and also asking them their resolution - naturally, a lower one will see things taking up a higher proportion of space. Also, you could ask them to check out their browser's text size - a smaller one might make the picture seem bigger. Of course, this is just perception issues. If it's an actual problem with the picture, try re-uploading it.

There could be something wrong with the file size, I don't know. It could also be the person's computer settings. Maybe they have everything on big, so the picture is huge. ♥

I had the same problem a week ago only I saw the picture small and others saw it big.
What I did was that I deleted the picture and tried putting it up the next day and it was fine.

haha well sometimes different computers display images differently. So maybe her computer either has it so the image doesn`t appear too big or maybe something else. Ask her what she means and see if she is willing to maybe help you make the picture bigger or have her explain to you what she means.

ask them what they meant when they said that. if you think your picture is big, then it probebly is because their idea of tiny is probebly a lot different than yours.
