Yes. You shouldn't spend time supporting something you don't believe in. Living with regret isn't good, and you should be happy with what you do (well, at least as happy as you can be with a job).

How are they different? If it is completely different, there are plenty of other jobs out there. If you can take it, I would jeopardize my finances because of a few problems with beliefs.
