Hey, I'm going to a dance workshop in about a month, and I was wondering if anyone knew any stretches I could do, to maybe become more flexible.. (I don't mind yoga or pilates) If anyone's got any tips, thanks in advance!
Sherry answered Wednesday January 12 2005, 5:33 pm: Well just do normal leg stretches like sitting down, legs apart, and reach as far as you can for 20 seconds on the left leg, then the right leg. Then bring your legs together and reach. I think before you do the dance workshop take a few ballet classes...they'll stretch you out so much! I have more stretches, I'm just going blank..so if you want leave one in my inbox and i'll find more for you! have fun in dance:) [ Sherry's advice column | Ask Sherry A Question ]
