Ok. The guy i like likes me too. But the thing is he hasn't asked me to be his girlfriend or anything! we were talkin and i asked him why he hadn't and then he's all like "what you wanna go see a movie?" GOD! WHAT'S HIS PROBLEM!?!?! HELP PLEASE!
1.) You could ask him out since you already know that he likes you back.
2.) You can just forget about him. If you're dropping not-so-subtle hints, and he still doesn't get it, then it's time to move on.

Just go to the movies. If you got enough courage again just be like how come you havent asked me out.. as in be your girlfriend.
