Law on parental visits.

I have a young friend who is 13 years old.
She still has contact with both her Mother & Father, however the Mother has a personal grudge against the Father, and I know this because I have spoken to her, and have heard her personal opinions on him. Now this is normal I know..
BUT where the young child is concerned, she really wants to see her Father, and is missing him greatly, but the Mother is refusing permission to be visited or let the Daughter visit, for no apparent reason, however it is now effecting her schoolwork, she is typically rebelling against everyone and everything, and the more she is punished by the Mother, the more she rivals against her in the hope she will get to move houses and live with...

My boyfriend and i have been dating for about 9 months now. We're both 16 and we love eachother.

how do you quit a part time job?

ok so i have a part time job...and i'm getting another one soon. the problem is, i feel like when i work both these jobs and go to school i wont have any free time..ive been working my first job for about a month now and i kind of hate it but i decided im gonna stay with it until softball starts (end of march/april) so my question is, if i give a legit reason to quit come march, would it be bad that i only stayed with the job for 3 months? and what should i tell the manager when i quit? its my first job so im really confused on things, any advice would be appreciated.

Okay im 17 and i love my boyfriend to death! We have talk about babies a few times and we both want one but our only problem is that we have no money so we dropped the subject, well atleast he did. I really want one but i dont know why. I thought it was just a faze but i been wanting one for awhile now! I love babies. Im going to college to be a midwife and ultrasound tech. Its a possibility that i may be pregnant now but i wont know til this weekend. I dont know how he will react if i was but if im not i may be real upset. Okay. I have been off and on with my current boyfriend for almost 2years! Ive done some real stupid bad things during the time we were broken up. I dont know if i did these things cause i was hurt or no. When we broke up the last time he got a girl and it really hurt me bad even though i made the decision to break up. I have this huge crush on this super cute guy in my class. He’s so hot that im melting everytime I’ve bumped into him. But guys, this dude is out of reach. He did couple of tv shows and commercials, very talented and got so much potential, and I’m like a very shy girl , sitting at the back of the class and don’t talk much with the guys in my class. I know he noticed me looking at him and I think he started to be more alert with my existence in the class ever since. I don’t think he’s interested in me since we’re so different in so many ways. but hey, opposite attracts and he might wanna get to know me as much as I do-I mean, who knows right? Everyone thinks i'm gay but i'm not

I'm 17 and a regular bloke who likes surfing, movies, footy and drinking. I wouldnt say i have a homosexual trait in me at all. I have never really been called gay before apart from the odd payout, but a couple of weeks ago l was with a few mates and we were having some bongs in my mates shed.. I had about 8 bongs and after that can't remember a thing. I must of blacked out.
From that night onwards everyone has been calling me gay because i must of said something gay or whatever. They've been acting different around me now like i am actually gay. They have been telling everyone else what had happend but not telling me anything. I have asked my mates what happend but they keep denying l did anything.

Static Electricity

Its New Year so I went to Las Vegas, and now in the hotel room I keep having Static Electricity. It's really annoying because my hair has static too, is there anyway to stop the static? I know its winter and stuff and its really dry, plus in a hotel there's no fresh air, but are there any other solutions? Everytime I touch my laptop and doorknob or anything metal like a fork, or even when I touch people, there's static. Any ideas for my hair and the whole thing? Thanks!

me and my friend got to know eachother in myspace and known eachother for 3 weeks we've been talking to eachother on online a lot and she said"it feels like we've known longer even though we met 3 weeks ago" but in person its kind of different cause theres some awkwardness when we talk in class what does she mean? and have you ever felt that way?

There's this girl that lives about an hour away from me that I've only met about 3 times in real life, but we text and stay in touch on Facebook and IM sometimes. I move to her town once I graduate this spring, but the thing is I'm an average looking, kind of shy, really nice guy (which helps cuz she's had awful relationships), but this girl is a bombshell. Ok so i'm kind of a reality star stalker haha not really...but on The Real housewives of Orange County, Raquel said that she graduated in '07 after two years at Laguna Beach High and then two years at Horizons and that she tried college, didn't like it, and dropped out. But her fb says Saddleback '08...is Saddleback a highschool? Does anyone know the real story behind it all?

I've been dieting and just generally eating better for about a month now, and I've lost around 8 pounds. I did this through cutting calories. I also go to the gym at least three times a week, at which I run on the elliptical 3 miles and lift light 2.5 lb weights to try and tone my arms [not trying to gain muscle just trying to keep from losing muscle along with the fat I'm losing]. I also walk to and from my classes, at least a mile total each day. I haven't slipped up at all with my eating habits since I started this diet, yet I went to weigh myself and the scale said I gained two and a half pounds... I'm kinda really upset about it since I have been doing really well with everything, and I could expect maybe staying the same weight b...
