I went to send an email just then and an error message came up saying "This account is currently blocked from sending messages. If you don't think you've violated the Windows Live Terms of Use, please contact customer support."
I don't believe I have violated the terms of use. I am trying so send out resumes and it is really important that I can use this account because all my potential employers have this email address and I can't use it. How can I unblock this account?
Is it possible to delete my email account and then make a new one of the exact same name or doesn't that work?

sex; pain v.s pleasure?

my boyfriend and i have had sex 7 times to be excact(and thats as many that ive ever done in my life.) but theres a catch...every time we do it, im feeling more pain than pleasure. is there something wrong with me? i confronted him and a friend about it, and were not sure. im kind of worried? but i remeber hearing that your not always going to expeirence that awesome sex, im not thinking about that so yea. haha. help?

broken ribs

ok, so a little over 2 years ago I broke my ribs playing soccer (catching a shot that someone took [im a keeper]). I never went to the doctors or anything, and just let them heal over time.
So now my problem is that that I am really sensetive around the area where my ribs were broken [like if the get hit or something]. Also when I run, enough so that Im starting to get out of breath my ribs really start to hurt again.
Is this normal? and Is there anything that I can do that will help make this pain go away?

Up Beat Music

Hey,
Im 16f and I was wondering if anyone knows of some really good upbeat music. I was hoping to create a new playlist for my mp3 and just gain more music to listen to, what I have is starting to get old, haha ;) Song titles and/or Artists names would work. I usually listen to pop music, but any kind would help since I listen to basically everything. Much is appreciated :) Thanks!

CHEERLEADING

okay I have not cheered since I was like 5, but last year my sister was on a cheer squad and I went to all of her football games. So, I knew just about every cheer by the 2nd game. Im a fast learner. I want to get on a competition and fieldside squad and I want to know what things I need to be able to do. I cant do very much just regular cartwheel, handstand, almost got my heel strecth, and Im pretty flexible. What else do I need to know? and any tips on how to acheive them?

Have been dating this devorced guy for about a month was going great then doesn't call for a week. I did get a text after 6 days saying he was ok and had alot going on and has his kids again. I sent a text back to see if he would have time to chat later and that I wasn't mad just concerned and a bit confused. So now another 3 days and no call/text. Could still have his kids but I don't know what to do now, trying to give space but for how long???

How do I be more confident with myself? I have low self-esteem and I sometimes think I'm one of the ugliest girls in the world. Deep down I know I'm not. I mean, I've gotten plenty of compliments from guys and other people. Its just I'm shy, not really shy but I am shy. If I'm with my friends I can be really loud but when I'm not with people I know or talk to they think I'm shy and that leads to alot of people not wanting to talk to me because they will think I won't talk back. im desperately looking for another job and have filled out 7 applications in the past couple weeks. only two of the places said they actually WERE hiring but i wasn't hired. the other places didn't say they were hiring but are "accepting applications", which pretty much means there's no hope right? anyway, should i call the places that said they're accepting applications to check up on my application, or if they're not really hiring do they even look at them? and also if i do call, what should i say because obviously it'll be different than calling a place that IS hiring. thansk <3

ok i'm 17 and going to my school's prom for the first time this year. i want to have a beautiful dress, but i don't know where to start. i'm a big-time tomboy and only wear casual dresses to church occasionally. i'm 5'7, very athletic, average size, have a good figure, shoulder length blonde/brown hair, brown eyes, and i'm tan. does anybody have any suggestions for a style of dress that is not very revealing? or even a color for the dress? a cute hairstyle would work too. i just have no idea where to start to make myself look and feel beautiful that night. i want my boyfriend to be completely blown away because he's never seen me that dressed up before. most girls have a lot of experience with this, but i don't and any advice would be greatly appreciated! thank you so much! <3

Does anyone know of any dance schools or anywhere where i can learn to dance like they do in step up 2? I dont exactly know the name of dance they do. If anything, I would very much prefer places in or close to poquoson, va. I just want to go after normal school or something.

eating disorders

I REALLY REALLY need some guidance and I've asked a lot of people for help but NO ONE helps me. They just think I need to eat bc I'm so skinny. But what I'm going through is a disaster. I was diagnosed with anorexia. I was eating 600 calories a day and I was very, very obsessive. I almost died.I had been doing that for about a year. If I would have kept it up for 2 more weeks, I would have lost my life!! I already lost my period and every week I have to go to the gyno until I get it back because since I haven't gotten it, my ovaries are full of cysts and I may have to get surgery. I got jazzing hair dye from sally two days ago. My hair is dark brown and i got black cherry. My friend Adrianna had the pink one in her hair, and she said not to add to the top but put chunks and bits of it under your hair. Where do I apply it?

I heard that people take a concoction of drink and drugs to commit suicide, any ideas as to best 'mix'?

Okay so basically two weeks ago, I met these two Russian guys in the computer lab in the basement of my dorm at college. So i through big parties for holidays all the time i am 16 years old and i usually never through me a big birthday party i didn't do a sweet sixteen or anything like that i usually do halloween, anti-valentines day and sometimes 4th of July but this time i'm wanting to do one for my 17th birthday now i do not want it to be like a sweet sixteen. I want it to be a fun party for older teens like 17 through 20 thats the age of people i hang out with i'm pretty much the youngest of all my friends so my birthday is in the very hot month of August so i need theme ideas and ideas to use for the party and please do not say like pool party because thats not what i'm looking for unless it goes with a cool theme please let me know what ya thank

So i dated my ex for about a year and then I broke up with him a few months ago. He still wants me back but he's sort of a player so I don't take him back. He got this new best friend that's a player that I can't stand. i smoked weed for the second time last night, and at first it kind of scared me and then i finally calmed down. it was apparently really really strong, and i took at least 5 big hits.
i kept me all weirded out for a while, but then i got sick and threw up all over the place.
could someone tell me what might have been wrong? i doubt im supposed to throw up on weed. -.-''
