Where do i apply jazzing hair dye?

Question Posted Sunday February 15 2009, 3:34 pm

I got jazzing hair dye from sally two days ago. My hair is dark brown and i got black cherry. My friend Adrianna had the pink one in her hair, and she said not to add to the top but put chunks and bits of it under your hair. Where do I apply it?

you can apply it anywhere you want it to show up... streaks, chunks, the tips, whatever you prefer. but you should know that if you have dark hair, you'll need to first bleach the areas you want to dye, or it wont show up. and also, i hate to say that stuff doesn't work well. i bought some in red wine and put a strand of it in my hair, and i put it under heat for 45 minutes [which is supposed to make it permanent] and it showed up really well, but the first time i washed my hair it took A LOT, almost most of the color out, and it was barely even pink after that, and it didn't look good anymore. so it wasn't even semi permanent, let alone permanent, but i guess it's good if you just wanna put it in and wash it out. next time i would suggest Manic Panic, it works a lot better.
