terrible menstral cramps

when i get my period my cramps are TERRIBLE...like sometimes to the point where i can't even stand up and i cry. midol doesn't really help...my period should be coming soon and i DON't want to go through what i had last month :/ any advice?

Recovering from mental illness

I'm a girl in my early 20s.
I've suffered from depression and anxiety my whole life, but it really came to a head between 2006 and early 2008. I progressed from getting nervous in class, to being scared to go out, to being terrified of going to the grocery store across the road, to being unable to leave my house or even my room.
I failed out of school twice in this time. I lost contact with all but a small handful of my friends, and nearly lost even my family and my fiance. Fortunately, I was able to get through this alive after being hospitalized for several weeks. I took a year to get used to life and living again, and I'm feeling better than I ever have.

I have a mac and when i google something it will show up the previous things i googled. for example if i type v victoria secret will come up because i previously searched that. how do i make it so it doesn't do that

Ways to attract new members/Fundraising ideas?

Okay so I'm part of the Forensics (debate) team at my school and we're trying to come up with ways to get people to join. The main problem is that people don't realize that there's more than debating, like there are acting events and stuff too so we're trying to get people to come to practices so they can see what it's really like.
What are some good ways to attract new people.
Ideas that will not work: NO Posters, No announcemnts over the intercom/morning announcements.
We're planning on making flyers with all the exciting things debate lets you do (go on overnight trips, leave school early) for teachers to hand out to all their classes but that's the only idea we have so far. Any suggestions?

baking soda to clarify hair??

I recently read about using a bit of baking soda while shampooing, to remove excess product buildup from the scalp. I tried it, and it worked great. But then I read that it might be too harsh for the hair, although really, it seemed just fine for me.
Any thoughts?

Housetraining a puppy.

Our puppy is 8 months old now, just got fixed this last week. He's a boy, and a smallish dog. He's been fully housetrained from about 3-4 months old.
Over the last month or so, he's been defecating but NOT urinating inside every once in a while, in one room in particular. We let him out every hour or two, so that's not an issue. He gets punished for it (often we don't catch him in the act, though, since it's in a room we don't often use), and we clean it up with a special animal smell removing cleaner.
Any ideas as to why he might be doing this? Or how to stop it? Until we figure something else out, he's being crated full-time with bathroom breaks. Is this the right thing to do? I'm worried he'll regres...

hey there.
i am male of 20 and i am under the process of loosing wieght. but my first problem is that i cant exercise in the morning coz of some schedule so i do it in evening that is i run for 3 kms then i go to gym and do some heavy duty exercise for an hour and then i do jogging for 5kms. and i want to loose around 10 kgs of weight as my current weight is 90 kgs n i want to be of 80 kgs.
BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT I AM NOT GETTING THE DESIRED RESULTS THAT IS I AM NOT LOOSING WIGHT EVENTHOUGH I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING THE ABOVE SCHEDULE FO MORE THEN 2 WEEKS AND ON PEOPLE ADVISE THAT I SHOULD STOP FORBID MYSELF FROM EATING ATLEAST 2 HOURS BEFORE EXERCISE TO YIELD GOOD RESULTS BIT THAT IS NOT WORKING. okay, so im a sophomore and i haven't had done french kissing yet, i have a feeling this is going to happen soon with this new boy im starting to fall for. excatly how does it happen? people say its instinct. ok so i like this guy. and he knows i like him. What happened?

I have no idea what I did. I didn't install anything or do anything I don't usually do.
I turn on my laptop, it goes to 'Disk Check' due to some error. It doesn't even move from 0% in 30 minutes so I shut down and turn on my laptop again and skip the disk check.
My desktop loads up and I get this message:

Everything seems fine except my laptop speakers don't work anymore.
When I go to Control Panel, it says that there are no speakers.
But there are, and they were working on earlier on this morning.
