I am going to the beach in 3 weeks and i was wondering, what are some ways to tone up your stomich area? I am not realy confident but i love my bathing suit and i want to feel nice in it. I am 5'3 female that weighs 120pounds, Im 13 in 7th grade. i do cheerleadin in the summer but that doesnt start till the 22nd of next month!!!

I just want some simple stuff to do like before bed.. like quick exercises maybe a website or two! Thanks!!!

I'm 13/F, barely 5'2, and about 112lbs. I know my weight is fine for my height and age and everything, but i really have a lack of self confidence... ever since i was little i was this super skinny tiny little girl. Now I'm getting much fatter. My stomach just has soo much fat on it. I'd just like to tone it down, and keep it flatter, maybe get some abs. Summer is almost here, and I go to high school in august. I know i need to exercise, but eating is my problem too. I eat alot of junk food, and i am a very picky eater. I don't eat meat, fish, poltury(chicken, etc). I also dont eat beans, nuts, or vegtables! (i'll eat potatoes, raw carrots, and that's it.) The thing is i mainly eat breads, dariy, and some fruits. I know this kind of eatin...

Look flabby

I am quite strong but my theighs still look flabby when I walk.. when I lift stuff though I am pure muscle... (Lift with your legs)I work alot and I am not over weight... I wear a 6 and I am 141 at 5 foot 3 inches... All of that is muscle... it just looks really bad... I have Is the circumfrence of your theigh supposed to be the same as the distance as from your ankle to your knee?

ok so im around 5 foot 7 and i weigh 143...do you think that is too much...im not sure because my doctor told me that for my height i should b around where i am but my health teacher told me i should loose some weight...o0o yea and im onli 13

ive recently been coughthing up blood and ive also had a high temperature and sometimes find it hard to breath occasionally it comes and goes what could it be? My mom and dad are alcoholics so they are never really at home i have told my mom thoe and she ses it will pass is that true.

Flexibility

I used to be in gymnastics but I quit and I lost all my flexibility, now my dance teacher is expecting me to do the splits and I can't!
I can't even touch my toes without bending my knees anymore!
How can I get my flexibility back apart from practicing loads, haha?

Alrighty... well I'm 14 and I weigh 90lbs and I'm about 5'2"! Well I can find some pants that fit me in my thighs.. I usually go for 0s but I have to find the ones with really skinny legs so they will fit tight on me! I wish my thighs were bigger.. and if I like try to eat fatty foods I'm sure that it won't all go to my thighs, so.. I wanted to make them more muscular so they can fit tightly in all my pants! What are some exersizes I could do to make my thighs bigger? It's almost summer break and I was thinking I'd want to go into 10th grade and have more muscular legs..so I could work on it! Any ideas? Is there any way to build strength without having to lift weights or anything like that.
We've started doing bits of break dancing in my hip hop dancing and it's really hard seeing as I'm not exactly strong and the teacher told me to figure out a way to build stregth without lifting weights or something
I've tryed to just keep practicing but I keep falling on my face 'cause I'm not strong enough to hold the weight of my whole body on my arms haha.

im not saying im fat but i just wanted to go on a diet that would help me lose some stomach fat off. i have some rolls on my stomach and the rest of my body is fine and i was wondering what kinds of foods i should eat and avoid and what workouts are great.. and if you say try running outside i cant but i can use the stairs in the house that i have

Woek-Out Routine?

I need a work-out routine that will make me loose a little weaight, but I want more like a flatter stomach (I'm really stressed & thats where the stress seems to go) & a 6-pack, & maby some arm musscle, I'm fairly thin, I'm 14/M & I'm about 5'2 & I weaigh about 110 or 115, & I'm not doing this cos I wanna be on a sports team, but cos I'm made-fun of alot, & I think if I possibuly looked better, maby that would decreese, so alls I want is some arms mussles, a flater stomach, & a 6-pack. & I wanted to know a good routine that I could use for that & a good diet. I'm 14 & so I don't have SO much accses, like I can't go to the gym, but I can go for walks & stuff

I dance everyday for two and a half hours and seeing as I'm so used to the routine I don't get tired that quickly.
I was sick last week and had to take a week off dancing and I did my dancing today but after an hour I was really hot and bothered, tired and had a headache.
Is it because of my week off or something else?
and if it's because of my week off is there anyway I can get back into my routine?

Ok becuz that i started puperty and like i was a veggitairn for a year then i started eating meat aging and i really want to take the wieght off this summer or like these 3 months do you think that if i eat right and walk 3 halfs of a mile and do 100 sit ups every day could i lose the wieght? ill rate high on anything good thx
