Ok becuz that i started puperty and like i was a veggitairn for a year then i started eating meat aging and i really want to take the wieght off this summer or like these 3 months do you think that if i eat right and walk 3 halfs of a mile and do 100 sit ups every day could i lose the wieght? ill rate high on anything good thx
