Alrighty... well I'm 14 and I weigh 90lbs and I'm about 5'2"! Well I can find some pants that fit me in my thighs.. I usually go for 0s but I have to find the ones with really skinny legs so they will fit tight on me! I wish my thighs were bigger.. and if I like try to eat fatty foods I'm sure that it won't all go to my thighs, so.. I wanted to make them more muscular so they can fit tightly in all my pants! What are some exersizes I could do to make my thighs bigger? It's almost summer break and I was thinking I'd want to go into 10th grade and have more muscular legs..so I could work on it! Any ideas? sublime_burritos answered Sunday May 22 2005, 2:53 pm: first of all, maybe you're just way luckier than i am, but i'm 15, 90 lbs, about 5'2" and i'd love to have smaller thighs...among other things. Having small thighs is definitely not something i think i would want to get rid of, but since you seem so set on it, i would suggest not eating fatty foods so often, but instead working out and eating more carbs and proteins which help to build muscles. going for a run, and following it with a protein shake or even just a burger (meat has protein, bread has carbs) would do a lot more than sitting in front of the tv eating fatty foods. hope i helped <3 [ sublime_burritos's advice column | Ask sublime_burritos A Question ]
orphans answered Saturday May 21 2005, 6:08 pm: Try getting involved in track, like long distance. Or go to the gym and hop on an excercise bike. You can also go to your school's coach and consult them on some good leg building excercises, specify quads or thighs unless you end up with boyish muscle-y calves. SurpriseYourself answered Saturday May 21 2005, 5:24 pm: being a 90 pound 14 year old is really thin, and just gaining weight from food is unhealthy, you choose a good way by exercising, sometimes it is hard for people to gain weight like it is for others to loose it, ask your doctor about not only exercises that you can do but other ways to get a little more built up.hope i helped. Look them up if you don't know what they are .. i reall don't know how to describe them ..But they really strengthen your legs ALOT . We do them in volleyball all the time! x0 answered Saturday May 21 2005, 2:07 pm: Well, eating fatty foods, like you said WON'T do anything....it will just make you unhealthy! That method doesn't work usually. So I would suggest the quad stretch, the hamstring stretch, and maybe running up and down your stairs, if you have them. Good luck!
