Could rope jumping be counted as cardio excersizes?

Yep! Jumproping is a very easy cardio excercise. A cardio excercise can include anything to get your heart pumping more.

yes, it most definitly is! i'm a gymnast and for warm-up we do a cardio work out and we do ten minutes of jump roping as a part of it. it actuall makes you breathe pretty hard if you're not used to it!

yep it definatly is! over-doing it is not good tho so try other things besides it for cardio-fitness. <3
