I am quite strong but my theighs still look flabby when I walk.. when I lift stuff though I am pure muscle... (Lift with your legs)I work alot and I am not over weight... I wear a 6 and I am 141 at 5 foot 3 inches... All of that is muscle... it just looks really bad... I have Is the circumfrence of your theigh supposed to be the same as the distance as from your ankle to your knee?
