Is there any way to build strength without having to lift weights or anything like that.
We've started doing bits of break dancing in my hip hop dancing and it's really hard seeing as I'm not exactly strong and the teacher told me to figure out a way to build stregth without lifting weights or something
I've tryed to just keep practicing but I keep falling on my face 'cause I'm not strong enough to hold the weight of my whole body on my arms haha.

Well it soundes like you are having problems with your arms and legs. Try pushups, and bike riding. ]
i guess you could try pushups. im on the swim team and i am SoOoo much stronger thatn i used to be. maybe you can go swim some laps and it will definatly build them up.

try doing some simple exercises such as pullups and pushups, those both will increase arm strength. ]
