^^--ToNiNg Up StOmIcH aReA--^^ I am going to the beach in 3 weeks and i was wondering, what are some ways to tone up your stomich area? I am not realy confident but i love my bathing suit and i want to feel nice in it. I am 5'3 female that weighs 120pounds, Im 13 in 7th grade. i do cheerleadin in the summer but that doesnt start till the 22nd of next month!!!
I just want some simple stuff to do like before bed.. like quick exercises maybe a website or two! Thanks!!!

I did 200 crunches and 100 sits ups a night and that helped alot! Also, take a ball (like a soccer ball basket ball) and lay on your back with your knees up like you are going to do a sit up. Hold the ball behind your head. Then slowly sit up, enough to get your lower back off the ground, and hold for 7 seconds, keeping the ball over your head at all times. This should really help, but you have to do all of them, and I recommend doing them in the morning, or you will have trouble getting asleep. ]

You could do some sit ups before bed. thats good on your stomache. even if u jog a couple times a week for alittle while it will help. ]
