hey. i don't smoke, i eat my vegetables by my lips are always chappy, and i just can't that pinkish glow. it's like the lips of a smoker.. what do i do about this??? need help!

in my early 20s i had a affair with a lady 20 years older than me the sneeking around was quite a thrill we always met up most wednesday evenings after her visit to weightwatchers we would then drive to a quite spot and have fantasic sex or i would take days off work and we would go to a hotel for the day where the sex was better as i was a lot younger than her i was enjoying what was to be a great adventure. as i was a shy person i would never had done anything like this. as time went on i was falling in love with her and she told me that she loved me. this lasted for 18 months for her then to tell me she was going back to her husband . this turned out to be untrue she went back to a past affair she was having.this lady took away 18 month...

so i'm still inlove with my first boyfriend. After I broke up with him, he went onto one of the girls that I had told him thought he was cute...this was during the relationship. They never went out...but i'm really close with the girl now...and she would tell me all about their converstions. He always brought me up and talked bad about me. their conversations would based on how weird or whatevever I am....just basically talking shit....i don't get it....so what do you guys think this means? i know sometimes people on here try to say things just to make a person feel better, but straight up honesty for me wont hurt at all! so please, i don't care how much it will hurt, but at least I will know the truth of what this sutuation really seems like.

First off, I'm in a long distance relationship. Yesterday was my boyfriend's birthday, and I didn't talk to him at all. He went out with friends, and didn't get back til real late, so okay whatever. Today he left a voicemail saying to call him at 7. I did, and he was sleeping. He got up at about 11, so we talked for a good 5 minutes..uhhh. New to birth control

I've just started taking TriNessa and I'm still getting used to taking it at exactly 9:00 every night. I've been on it for about 10 days now and a few of those nights I would forget to take it at exactly 9:00, but I would remember around 9:15 or 9:30. Will it still be effective if I take it just 15-30 minutes late. (I obviously will try to take it at exactly 9.)
Also, I was wondering when it will be safe for me to have sex without using a condom?

I struggle with getiing going in the mornings lately I am on topamax and citalopram I have been on topamax for about 6 years and the citalopram they started around 6 months ago I have gained around 50 pounds I feel tired have a hard time with fatigue I was wondering if anyone can help me with this issue since I am dealing with mental health clinic and they seem to be very limmited as to my problems and my concerns.
