You can buy KetoStix to test yourself for ketosis, but it is much better to get with a doctor on this.

The time could vary quite a bit.

Since you left me feedback on another question of yours that I answered, and told me you were a size 1... I am worried for you.

The only reason I could think that you would put your body through this would be a last ditch effort to help epilepsy, or other brain/nervous system disorders.

If you are doing so, please only do this under the care of a doctor. You can do yourself unbelievable damage doing a ketogenic diet the wrong way or for the wrong reason.

Please seek help from a doctor immediately.

Thank you!

P.S. I hope you aren't doing this because you think size 1 is fat. It isn't. :-)
