pale, dark lips

hey. i don't smoke, i eat my vegetables by my lips are always chappy, and i just can't that pinkish glow. it's like the lips of a smoker.. what do i do about this??? need help!

I agree with the person below, water, vitamins and lip balm.
Just a lip balm suggestion; the fruity ones they have in the Body Shop are really good :)

Make sure you are well hydrated by drinking 8 8 oz glasses of water per day (if you don't already).

Take a multi-vitamin daily (if you don't already).

Get a good lip balm and use regularly, like Burt's Bees. Don't use Carmex because it can make your lips dryer in the long run.
